The vast wilderness beckons! Beginning January 25th, 2014, all wild Pokémon threads that aren't incorporated as part of another post should go here. You are still welcome to include a section for bonding with wild Pokémon as a part of another entry or a log, but we encourage isolated wild Pokémon threads to go here to prevent flooding of the main comm with entries specifically geared to only cover wild Pokémon threads.

Please respond to the correct Week if possible for organizational purposes.

[ Yep! The ones that go inside the Volcano are very strong and brave! It wants to be like them someday. ]

[ ...... nope. But it spews a little fire from its tips in determination. It's working really hard and will make it in there someday! ]

[Apollo smiles. If it keeps at it he's sure that it'll make it there soon!

But he wonders what the Pokémon will do once it's gone inside the volcano.]

[ It... doesn't know. Maybe it'll search to see if there is something special in the Volcano. Maybe even like a god! But ... even if it doesn't find or do anything it'll feel really proud and accomplished. It's been a dream of it ever since it hatched from its egg! ]

[While it's working on getting stronger, would it be interested in seeing things that aren't on the island? Apollo knows that there are people where he comes from who would love to meet a kind of Pokémon that they haven't seen before.]

[ Larvesta widen its eyes. It's never thought about the outside world beyond the Volcano before! What's it like? ]

[In response, Apollo projects into Larvesta's mind images from his recent flight, followed by scenes of daily life in Union, what kinds of things he does as a Ranger, and so on. The images are being shown through Apollo's rose-tinted glasses, but he's trying to be honest and doesn't hide the less pleasant parts.]

[ Larvesta's eyes widen at the thought of going to all these places and seeing what it saw in that recent flight. In face the idea of flying sounds really awesome maybe it can do that one day!

But... those less-then pleasant parts also make it kind of scary. It would never be able to take on that world alone. It can't even take on a Volcano! ]

[Apollo agrees that flying is amazing.

Larvesta is welcome to come with Apollo if it wants, and Apollo will do what he can to keep it safe.]

[ Yes it will come with Apollo! Larvesta thinks that he will be able to keep it safe until it's powerful enough to do everything it wants to do.
