The vast wilderness beckons! Beginning January 25th, 2014, all wild Pokémon threads that aren't incorporated as part of another post should go here. You are still welcome to include a section for bonding with wild Pokémon as a part of another entry or a log, but we encourage isolated wild Pokémon threads to go here to prevent flooding of the main comm with entries specifically geared to only cover wild Pokémon threads.

Please respond to the correct Week if possible for organizational purposes.

[Skiddo looks slightly unimpressed. 'Discovered'? Just because they wandered in here recently doesn't mean it hasn't been known about for years and years.

Well, do you know what's in the city? [It's not sarcasm. He just wants to prove a point with this.] If you don't, you would have discovered some new things, even though they've been there for a long while.

[What was he looking for? He looks at Mickey, who probably would have shrugged if he had shoulders. It's something Riku has to think about, and how much info to give away.]

Skiddo will begrudgingly allow that there are humans there and stone piled up in rectangles. It had never been too terribly interested in going into human territory otherwise.

It supposes if he wants to see something new, the Rock would satisfy. And obviously he's already seen a strong Pokemon.]

[Ah, but it's like the same thing isn't it? At least it can admit that, and that makes him nod.

Ahaha, this confidence thing is really cute. It kind of... reminds him of when he was younger and over confident and that stings a little bit, but he figures so long as Skiddo doesn't make as many (or as big) mistakes as he has, it should be okay.]

Strong and different. I don't think anyone's seen a Pokemon like you before.

[Probably because they only really lived in this area near the Rock. Which is why it's important to keep it safe for them.

Then I don't think you'll have much to worry about. [Riku reaches out and hovers his hand above its head. Maybe Skiddo will let him per it?] Unless there's more to see than just the rock, I won't come back.

[There's a slight whine of protest from Mickey. He likes this area!]

[Skiddo is too majestic for head-pats. It will however, avert its gaze slightly such that it fails to see the hand if Riku decides on an unsolicited head-pat for some strange reason.

The Rock is the important part, but there's always more to see in the forest. You just have to know how to look. Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon?]

[It's not really a strange reason! He just thinks Skiddo is cute in how it thinks it's all tough and strong and wants to protect everything. Skiddo is so tsundere, it hurts.]

[Skiddo levels an expression of mild disbelief at Riku.

...Look, are you going to take advantage of a deal when you hear one or not? If it hates your city, it will let you know, don't worry.]

Okay, okay. It's not... [He sighs and looks back at the rock, half mumbling.] ...not even my city.

...Yeah, you got a deal. Just promise me you won't skewer me too hard.

Skiddo has hired Riku as its tour guide! The exact details will be worked out later but entail coming back to check on the Moss Rock whenever it wants to (visitations will strangely take on a pattern similar to homesickness) and a release clause in case it Hates His City. But as a growing youth, Skiddo needs to see more of the world than his hundred square footage of forest, you understand.

Skiddo will be Level 6 and the rest of its stats can be decided at your discretion.]
