[The feed opens to show an absolutely furious-looking Junko, eyes blazing, striped tail up and bristling as she strides purposefully down the street. Her luxray looks more concerned, gaze darting around the area then to Junko and back again as he pads along at her side.]

Has anyone seen a fucking stupid spiky-haired eevee.

[It comes out more of a snarl than a question, practically spitting each word--]

His name's Hajime Hinata and he's missing and I'm gonna wreck his entire life for this, I swear on the Savior--

[She breaks into another low grumbling growl, cutting the video abruptly.]

Hey! Kazuichi Souda from Iron Head Mech here.

[Kazuichi still seems a little nervous about these kind of transmissions; he can't keep his eyes on the camera, and one hand still rests on the head of his Houndoom.]

Just so everybody knows... Uh, those bikes everyone was askin' about are ready. They've been ready for a while, but with all that happened a few weeks back, y'know.

[A shrug, and Kazuichi turns the camera to show the two types of bicycles he offers.]

We've got a field bike for outside of the city, and it's got springs under the seat for a smooth ride. Iiiit also changes gears-- one makes it easier for uphill or rough terrain, an' the other's for smoother sailin'. The first gear makes ya go a little slower, just so ya know!

The City Bike's pretty speedy and does well on roads and stuff! It's also compatible with carts or baskets, if you've gotta deliver somethin'.

I can either rent ya one or sell one to ya, whatever's cool.

And if you're lookin' to have somethin' repaired, you can always get it done here!

With the revelation of the presence of the Enhanced, Union was able to quickly mobilize. As the strange conditions continued to worsen, the Trainers of Union once again set out to bring order to the chaos.

This time however, they do not walk entirely alone. A small, dedicated team remains behind in Union, sorting through the dossiers and information that Crystal and Rory have collected. Connected to those in the field via Warp Band network, hopefully they can identify the Enhanced and find a way to calm them before a tragedy occurs.

[OOC: There will be a thread for each active team based on the sign-ups. Any areas that did not have any sign-ups will not be present and will be addressed later. As per our usual standards, moderators and NPC helpers will progress the log at least once every 24 hours. The Union log will work somewhat differently from the battle logs in that the participants will be collecting information concerning the Enhanced; when enough information has been accumulated, they will be asked to tag into the battle threads to provide guidance and support to those out in the field.

Characters participating in the Union log will function as support staff for this event. They will have their own log interacting with Rory and Crystal and as characters in other logs encounter the Enhanced, they can use the observations made to try to find out more about the Enhanced in the field and help the people in the field determine an appropriate situation. Because of this, players in the Union thread may threadjack any ongoing log to relay information as needed.

The outcome of this event will depend very much on player decisions and the ability of the characters to respond to the threats at hand, so we would highly encourage you all to tag as regularly as possible. Thanks!]

So, shit's pretty real right now, huh?

I got some of the bikes for order ready, but since it looks kinda like um... y'know, an emergency? I'm out right now.

[Out in the mountains, specifically. He looks worried, but he knows Kuzuryuu's gonna have an earful for him if he doesn't keep his cool.]

Anyway, since it's an emergency, if any of y'all need a bike to get around... I got 5 Field Bikes and 2 City Bikes available for rent. I'm doin' you a favor and rentin' them out for free, but you're also gonna have to talk to pops if you want 'em.

Just let me know so I know what's up later.

[Someone's setting the warp band up on a level, so that it can display-- well, right now it's just displaying part of a bulky mauve glove of a Mawile shifter and a curious Houndour in the background. The houndour is sitting on a stool beside a work bench, and apart from various tools on the workbench, there also appear to be a few empty bottles of Pecha Pop glass-bottled cola.]

--Crap, it's recording already--

[Kazuichi hurries over to join the houndour, adjusting his goggles over his hat before he clears his throat.]

H-hey-- [His voice cracks. Time to start over.] Hey! I'm Kazuichi Souda. Uh, a lot of ya might know my dad, he used ta run Iron Head Repair! But, I'm here takin' his place. So, I wanted to letcha know what we're all about, if ya haven't come by before.

[A sheepish smile, and Kazuichi stands even closer to the houndour... almost like he's trying not to seem nervous.]

S-so uh, we repair bikes and carts, and crap! But we also sell bikes, aaand if ya really want me to, we can build one for ya. But if ya need anythin' else fixed, I'm your guy! I can fix almost anything.

[Kazuichi gives the camera a bright, sharp-toothed grin, before motioning to the houndour.]

But that ain't all I've got for ya. If you've got a pokémon that needs a little extra help, I can do that, too! See, Belaire over here's got a leg missin', yeah? But, we've got somethin' for that.

[Proudly, Belaire hops to her feet and shows off her mechanical leg; the stump of her thigh has a band around it with a few pressure points that help her to lift the mechanical paw off the stool she's sitting on and put it back down. She then hops down from the stool, running in a circle around Kazuichi's feet, to prove she can move just as well as any other houndour.

Kazuichi picks her up, then, still smiling, and seems a little more confident about showing off his own work.]

You need prosthetics or splints, I can do that, too. We're up in the business district, so don't be shy!
