Axew will sight a little bit before toddling over and beginning to lead the way out.]

Well, we could... But if we did, we'd miss all of our reeeally cool friends back home.

[She's just saying. Chikao is just going to glare Bozu and Maya's way while he's dragged off.]

[Their friends aren't as cool as this cavern, it's pretty sure.

Axew will calmly lead the way while keeping a firm grip on its new best friend.]

I mean, I have friends you've probably never seen out here. Then again... they also haven't seen a cool little dragon like you.

[Chikao pipes up, just in the mood to correct her.]

[Axew makes a vague noise of contentment. Clearly cool dragons are the most important things here.

The rest of the journey back towards the desert is pretty uneventful. As expected, Axew will calmly torment Chikao the whole way.]

[Maya doesn't seem too interested in saving Chikao from his torment.]

Y'know, I'm pretty sure everyone's gonna be super excited to see a dragon. And we can't come out to the desert all that often, either...

[Of course everyone should be excited to see a dragon! That was just as it should be. ...Axew will slowly drop Chikao's fabric-y hand near the border between desert and plains and glance back. ...Ostensibly towards its amazing cavern.

Why can't they visit often?]

[Well, that's silly.

All you have to do is turn right at the fifth sand dune, left at the cactus that's shaped like a star, then go north by northeast for about 257 steps before making a hook around the big flat rock.

...It's not sure it can trust them to make it home now if they can't even figure out something so simple.]

They obviously need a stronger leader in their lives so... Axew will just lead them home for now and stick around to make sure they're OK. Just for a little while.]
