Who: Everyone!
Where: The newly discovered island
What: After recent events, the people of Union could use a bit of R&R. What better place than a tropical island?
Warnings: Drinks with little umbrellas in them, swimsuits, idek



An island paradise, discovered just off the southern coast, less than a day's travel from the city. A strong enough Pokemon could easily carry their partner and others out there. It was hard to say just who sent the original message, but pictures surfaced, with the tagline "Don't you wish you were here," came over the warp bands' feeds, and, like Venomoths to the flame, people began clamoring toward this new found tropical get-away. Those who wanted to go would find it easy enough--with so many people making their way to investigate, for whatever reason they claimed (but let's be honest, it was probably the beach), one could just hitch a ride.

The island itself appeared untouched by human contact. The Pokemon were strange and different compared to the fare immediately around Union. A warm breeze blew through palm trees, carrying the scent of hibiscus flowers. The water, blue as the summer sky, was warm and inviting.

This truly was a paradise.

*Imogen Moreno didn't have to slip off to change. She simply shed herself of her clothes and had a bikini on under them. She wondered what issue Lux was having, and nearly excused herself to go check on the girl when she came out and Imogen was grinning like a Purrloin that just stole someone's lunch.

*She didn't say anything in response to Lux's choice of clothes. Mostly due to the fact that she was fairly sure that it wasn't Lux's choice, exactly. But, what's done is done, and Lux looked fine. Especially as she played it all cool like that. Very fetching.*

Not a big deal, it's hard to find the right place to change in a new unexplored tropical paradise! ...I'm still sad the trees aren't pink.

Wow, it was warm out here.

Well, of course it's warm, Luxanna, the climate is subtropic. Although during this time of year it likely should have been colder, there was still the issue of location and possible proximity to heat-radiating Pokemon--

But why was her face especially hot? Was it the sun?

Nooooope, she was not going to compromise her posture, although she did shrink just slightly at the compliment before snapping back--practically unnoticeable, unless someone was looking. She brightened.]

*Given that Imogen was watching them both as well as she could from her tinted lenses, she did notice the shift in Lux's posture for a moment. She missed the blushing, that she can't see so well right now. BUT MAN look at Ezreal freak out at the sight of a pretty girl!*

*Imogen is hoping for enough ammo to tease the pair for a month.*

Right then, what are we up to first? Lazing in the sun, splashing in the water, swimming race?

*Imogen adjusted her small daypack which currently held her clothes and some other essentials for a beach day. Maybe if she leads them toward relaxing they won't try to go look for ruins.*

[Swim? In this? Well, Imogen did say that they didn't retain nearly as much water as bathing clothes, but would it hold up in the water?

Right, swim! Annabel would probably like that a lot. Just a moment.

[Putting a hand to her warp band, the young Vaporeon appeared, looking around and brightening up. Water! Bright blue water! She is so there!]

[Lux come oooooooon. We aren't getting any closer to the water. Go go go! Annabel headbutts at Lux's back with her forehead.]

*Do you not trust that Imogen and Camille have your best interests at heart? She's hurt, wounded at the idea.*

How about you two go for a swim, I'll watch our bags until I can get Brighteyes to sit still and do it for us? I kinda want to bask in the sun and warmth for a bit!

*Okay, so maybe Imogen is seeing what happens if you two go off without a chaperon. But it's still best interests!*

[Camille, taking a break from swimming herself, slinks up to Imogen as the two walk off. She saw what just happened. What were you doing, Im? You saw how he looked at her? You were planning something.]

A little attention won't hurt her, I want to see how long she can play that confidence.

*Imogen smiled, she was usually planning something. You get used to that, she sets up her towel and lays out in the sun. Dark lenses hiding she is keeping track of Lux and Ez.*

Plus if he does I'll make sure he's on the wrong end of a cave in. If you're worried, keep an eye on them up close. But this should all work out~.

[Lux isn't nearly as comfortable in the water, but manages. Annabel is swimming circles around them, egging them on to chase her.]

No, not very. I try to take Camille out to swim when I can, but that doesn't happen very often.

[As soon as she got out of her own head, she would be fine, Camille assured her. Anyway, she didn't want to go out with Annabel out there. Nothing against the little one, but all she wanted to do was splash around and be rowdy.

...What all should work out? Camille blinked a few times with as much of a frown as she could manage.]
