[While this was technically a restricted area, security seemed rather light. Celito had provided some schematics of the area - where they came from he would not disclose. The area was unlike anything seen in Union, taking a little-known service entrance the group found themselves on steel catwalks in a dimly lit area. Below, soldiers with highly advanced firearms patrolled, they were alert but at ease, it doesn’t seem like they were really expecting intruders. There was a clear path forward, but it was also hard to see - light would surely alert the guards below, as would sound. Moving along the catwalk, the group soon encountered a fork. Right or left. Where did fate lie today?]

[She glanced at the people below them and frowned as she tried to use her analyst abilities to see as far as she could. While she wasn't a proponent for splitting up, better to only have a small group captured than everyone. She glanced down below and pulling out a small notebook from her skirt pocket, even in the dark she wrote:]

'We could split up, two of us going one way two another, and one standing guard for five minutes and come back here to see which way to go. If after five minutes one of us doesn't come back, the one standing guard goes for that group. But if someone else has an idea I suggest writing it down.'

[She handed the notebook and pen to the others, glancing back down at the guards.]

[ Haruka had hoped to just be her and Michiru for this anyway, but the presence of actually intelligent people isn't that bad. She holds up a hand at the notebook in an "I don't need it" gesture and turns to leave, flicking her eyes to Michiru. "Two people going one way" sounds like their cue.

Just remains to see whether her partner thinks left or right seems more promising. ]

[Minako nodded in agreement with Ami. It seemed to be the best course of action for now. She let the notebook get passed by her towards Michiru and Lenna for their input. While they waited, she watched down below, being careful not to grab the steel railing. Her last evolution had left her with a metallic coating, and she was likely to make noise if she did. At least her shoes were quiet?]

[Lenna glances between her companions, seemingly unsure of the plan at first. But once it looks like everyone has agreed, she offers a somewhat hesitant nod.]

If that's what you all think is best.

[The footsteps of passing guards can be heard as they pass by underfoot before taking the right path, chatting quietly to themselves.]

You on Steel today?

Nah, Ice.

Ergh, who did you piss off? I swear that cell is fifty below.

Tell me about it.

[Ami moved near the edge, looking down as she heard them mention ice. Ice? Steel? Her brows knitted together and she glanced over to everyone. If everyone was in agreement, she took the notepad.]

'Haruka and Michiru will take left, Minako and Lenna will take right. I will stay and guard. In five minutes, come back and report what you found. If you don't come back in five, I will come check on your path. These two paths could lead to whatever "Ice" and "Steel" are so stay ready and stay quiet.

[ Sounds like the Habitat to Haruka, actually - which means they must be on the right track, since they're looking for things related to Pokémon (according to the Seekers, if the Seekers can be trusted).

She doesn't seem to mind Ami taking the lead on this, from the way she silently moves towards the indicated corridor. Haruka has no intention currently of not being done in five minutes, ideally - if her direction's a hit, she'd rather not endanger anyone else - but nobody has to know that.

Except Michiru. Who probably already does. ]

[Lenna nods silently to Minako as she reads Ami's latest note, allowing the other girl to take point as she backs her up from behind. She isn't used to stealth missions, so she feels much safer following along. If something happens, though, she'll at least be ready to provide backup.]

As the teams follow the paths, they see two large doors. The path to the left leads to two large doors that appear to open to the side. They are closed. The path to the right has similar doors, these open automatically when approached by the guards, before snapping shut again. Not much can be seen below them, but the catwalks end there, any further progression will require them to drop down to the main hallway.

[ Does this bode well or poorly? Haruka would joke about it, except they're trying to be silent.

She looks the doors over for any technology she doesn't recognize (wouldn't put an alarm past these guys) before moving to touch said door. If nothing happens then, she'll see whether it can be eased open.

Scuse her... ]

[Ice and Steel definitely sounded habitat like, or something about Pokemon, at least. Minako crouched down at the end of their walkway to watch the doors for a moment. If she and Lenna were to drop down, those doors would just swing right open, exposing them to whatever was on the other side.

She gestured to Lenna.]

Do you have any way of telling what's beyond those doors from here?

[She mouthed it silently, exaggerating her mouth movements a bit, hoping Lenna understood. Ami still had the notepad.]

[Ami is waiting at the fork in the road, making sure that there aren't guards or that someone doesn't get hurt. She's already keeping a close eye on her watch and wishing more than ever she had thought to brought her Misdreavus since she could go invisible and could have accompanied one of the groups.]

[As Haruka approaches the door, it swings silently open, allowing her access to what appears to be a pressurized holding cell. The wall is lined with huge rubber suits that cover ones entire body and would fit easily over clothing, and a sign that says "Regirock - Holding Chamber".]

The other room, as far as Minako and Lenna can see, opens to much the same, but anything further is completely clouded to any vision, supernatural or otherwise. It would have to be entered to discern its truths.

[ This is the part where a team player would regroup. But Haruka's five minutes aren't up yet, and she doesn't want to fetch the others until she knows what, up ahead, could possibly require this special equipment.

She glances at Michiru wordlessly and reaches for one of those suits, intending to pull it on (if she can figure out how it works) and keep going. ]

[Lenna takes a deep breath, silently looking at Minako and nodding before entering the room. Hopefully they'll be able to find out what's in there without alerting any of the guards.]

[Haruka finds the suits are fairly easy to don, albeit a bit bulky. As Lenna opens the room, she will find much what Haruka did, an empty room full of bulky suits hanging from a rack.]

[Minako pointed at a suit. If they put them on, they'd blend in better. Plus, they probably needed them. Why else would they be there?]

[ Once sufficiently suited up, Haruka heads deeper into this "Holding Chamber", senses (including her Psychic ones) on alert. She's checking the ceiling, floor, and walls as she walks - if there's a trap or any other kind of preventative measure, she'd rather not trip it.

Without intending to, anyway. ]

[Lenna nods, heading over to the suits and changing into one as well. She's very out of her depth here, but if Minako thinks it's a good idea, she's willing to follow her lead. And onward they go.]

[She checks her watch again and frowns. No one has come back. She sighs and wonders who she should go help. She trusts Haruka and Michiru to handle themselves, but she doesn't know what either of them are facing. She would be the most help with Ice, but she can't know what that means. She decides to head in the direction of Haruka and Michiru, if only to check up on them first and then she would head on to Minako and Lenna after making sure the older women were alright as she suspected they would be.

She was already making about a hundred plans on how to handle what to deal with, whatever it may be.]

[As Haruka and Michiru enter the room, there are people in suits taking calculations. Immense scaffolding surrounds an enormous creature... undoubtedly a god, though its eyes remain dark and unmoving. Cables and wires hang from it, and strange orange fluid appears to be pumping into it from a series of tubes. Its eyes are dark and it is completely inert.

Minako and Lenna, and then Ami as she enters, will see much the same, but in this case an immense being of ice. Unbeknownst to the group, the suits they wear have much heavier padding than the ones Haruka and Michiru encountered, as the area is intensely cold, and the suit seems to do little to stave off the ever present-present chill. As with the rock creature, the ice creature too seems completely inert. In either case, both areas do have a door at the end of the scaffolding that seem to go further into the laboratory. The workers are going about their business and don't seem to pay the teams much heed - for now]

[Minako glanced back as she heard someone else enter, staring closely at the facemask of the suit to see who it was. Ami?]

[~~Michiru was definitely here the whole time, yes.~~

Looks like the suits are helping them blend in, at least. A quick look at the god, a slight widening of her eyes, and then she's purposely looking away and walking onward. No point in gawking and drawing attention to themselves.]

[ That's smart. It's also a good reminder for Haruka, who definitely would have been inclined to stare ~~dramatically~~ otherwise.
