It's hard to put your finger on it, exactly, but if one had to guess it's probably the extremely elaborate Murkrow mask he's wearing. Ever-faithful Beatrice is perched upon his shoulders as usual, but she's making quite the ruckus. As such, little children can be seen fleeing whilst sobbing. Noticing this, he removes his mask with a bit of a perplexed expression]

Oh, is that the place where they eat that Starmie gazey pie stuff?

Maybe, but people are pretty adaptive. I'm also pretty sure they don't like being stared at, so you would think that they might figure out to put the Magikarp in going the other way.

But then you'd have Magikarp tails sticking out at you. Hmm, that doesn't sound good either.
