Soulfasting Concert for Charity

Where: The Tycoon family estate
Summary: Lenna is hosting a charity event to benefit Union's poor and homeless population, along with refugees from war-torn communities outside Union's walls and people who are moving into the city but need some help while they get on their feet.  The entire city is invited, and donations are not required but are strongly encouraged in the form of Lenna smiling and making big moe eyes at everyone as they enter until they do.

[It's the beginning of the Soulfasting holiday, and despite the complications with Cresselia and Darkrai, Lenna has miraculously managed to pull together the final preparations for her charity event at the last minute.  The party itself is being held at the Tycoon mansion in the noble quarter, and the doors have been opened for any and all who wish to come and make merry.

The spacious foyer of the house has been set up with numerous tables with food and drink for the various attendees, plenty of room for dancing and mingling, and of course a large stage at the front of the room set up for Rin and Len Kagamine - Lenna's roommates and the headline performing act of the night.  There are donation boxes situated around the room, and Lenna will also be accepting larger donations personally so that she can secure them elsewhere in the house.

And because of the time of year, there is also a table set up with plenty of Pokemon-themed masks for people to wear, with a fancy sign hand written in calligraphy: 'Courtesy of the Tatsumi Gallery.'  Lenna herself is wearing a short red party dress with matching heels, greeting everyone as they enter and more or less just buzzing about making sure everyone is having a good time.]

[It's Lute! And he brought his very fancy Noibat. It's sporting a tiny monocle and is carrying an ornate walking stick. Even though it can fly. Whatever. Lute is also carrying a small bag. He hands her the money first though.]

I'm hoping you'll accept this small donation to your cause.

[It's actually pretty sizable. But even he knows it's polite to downplay it.]

Oh, and before I forget, I also brought your underwear.

[Yelling a bit louder than she probably intended to, Lenna shoves the lacy pink undergarments back into his hand just as she's accepting his generous financial donation with the other.

GOODNESS WOULDN'T IT BE EMBARRASSING IF SOMEONE SAW THIS.]

[Blushing harder, she shakes her head.]

Lenna, thank you so much for inviting us. My father already took care of the donation from the Crownguard estate. Unfortunately, he and my mother won't be in attendance this evening. They send their sincerest apologies and hope that the gala is a success.

Ezreal and I wanted to take care of the contribution from the Prodigal Explorer personally. I'll let him take care of that, so long as he's finished putting his foot in his mouth.

[She looks toward Ezreal.]

Lenna Tycoon is a dear friend of mine. We've known each other since we were young. The Tycoon family, much like the Crownguards, have a long history in Union, particularly with their efforts serving the city and its citizens.

[Are you serious right now, Ezreal? Lux tries to be subtle about it, but there's only so many ways one can discreetly elbow another person in the rib cage. The fact that she can do so while remaining composed and smiling probably begs a whole slew of questions.]
