Soulfasting Concert for Charity

What: A Soulfast-themed charity concert and dance

Where: The Tycoon family estate
Summary: Lenna is hosting a charity event to benefit Union's poor and homeless population, along with refugees from war-torn communities outside Union's walls and people who are moving into the city but need some help while they get on their feet.  The entire city is invited, and donations are not required but are strongly encouraged in the form of Lenna smiling and making big moe eyes at everyone as they enter until they do.

[It's the beginning of the Soulfasting holiday, and despite the complications with Cresselia and Darkrai, Lenna has miraculously managed to pull together the final preparations for her charity event at the last minute.  The party itself is being held at the Tycoon mansion in the noble quarter, and the doors have been opened for any and all who wish to come and make merry.

The spacious foyer of the house has been set up with numerous tables with food and drink for the various attendees, plenty of room for dancing and mingling, and of course a large stage at the front of the room set up for Rin and Len Kagamine - Lenna's roommates and the headline performing act of the night.  There are donation boxes situated around the room, and Lenna will also be accepting larger donations personally so that she can secure them elsewhere in the house.

And because of the time of year, there is also a table set up with plenty of Pokemon-themed masks for people to wear, with a fancy sign hand written in calligraphy: 'Courtesy of the Tatsumi Gallery.'  Lenna herself is wearing a short red party dress with matching heels, greeting everyone as they enter and more or less just buzzing about making sure everyone is having a good time.]

[Mind, anyone who accepts the free pumpkin will probably find it missing before the night is over. Rin's trying to give away pumpkins that her pumpkaboo stole and filled her room with, but the little guy will most likely end up stealing it again. He's on a mission.]

[Lux, dressed in purple was just about to go outside for some fresh air, when she was stopped.]

You're one of the ones that just gave the concert, right?

Uh huh! I live here too. And we have... extras. ♪

[SO MANY EXTRAS. Where is he getting all of these? Grass Pokemon are magic.]

Oh, well, if you're just giving them away...

Nice! Ok wait there... I'll get one! ♪

[and she runs off to pick out a pumpkin. She comes back a moment later, holding to Lux a nice big pumpkin. It's for being first! Also it's taking up precious floor space.]

[Oh goodness that thing was huge how was she going to carry it uhhh.

Well, it was too late to say no now, so she laughs a bit nervously.]

[Rin places the pumpkin firmly in her arms so it hopefully will not drop and crush her foot.]

It was interesting! I've never seen a live concert like that before. I'm used to orchestras performing. How do you make your voices sound like that?

Oh, that's how our voices normally sound! They're made with the Vocaloid synthesizer. ♪

Ehhh, it's a computer program... do you know what a computer is? ♪

[She never knew how complicated talking about herself could be until she woke up 500 years into the future]

I know what a computer is. There are quite a few of them in the Old City, as well as the other ruins around here. I've actually been working with a few groups to try to restore some old programming that might help us around Union.

[She could have sworn her pumpkin was just there on the bench next to her. Taking a moment to sit outside for some fresh air, a shrug thrown over her shoulders, the skirt of her dress billowed as she trudged through the courtyard, positively distraught. It couldn't have sprout legs and walked away, could it?

She was going to have someone make it into a pie for her :c]

[Yes, somehow wherever he was, Garen heard the sound of distress from his sister and is rushing to her aid. As he lightly jogged up, he looked around to see if she had dealt with an attack, but realized she would have that well in hand without him probably...]

[She looks fairly upset.]

Garen, something terrible happened!

[Oh no...Perhaps he had read this wrong and she's indeed been in a fight. They shall know his fury. However he also had to be a proper brother and rests a hand on her shoulder.]

Now, now, Lux. Just tell me what's wrong and I'll help however I can.

She rests her head on his hand, a bit upset.]

I was sitting here to get some fresh air, and I set it right here while I got a drink, and then when I came back, it was gone!

[Gone? Missing? This has to be a piece of jewelry that their mother has let Lux borrow. Suddenly this goes beyond a concept so simple as Justice; their very existence is in peril if he doesn't help her find it.]

Then we shall find it right away! [He points dramatically with his free hand because unsettling Lux by jerking his hand away would make him a very bad brother, but he nods to reassure himself that they can get out of this by finding it.]

Let's comb the place, it'll be just like when we were trying to find Ky's secret tea cups.

[She looks up with those patented doe eyes that her mother so dutifully taught her how to use; just slightly dewy, with copious amounts of eyelash batting.]

[With out ever having had a chance, Garen feels his heart melt under that gaze. How could he ever tell his darling sister no? That would beckon the rains to drown Union immediately. He takes one of her tiny hands in both of his and nods as a single shining tear glides down his cheek, catching just right amount of light to twinkle.]

Of course, Lux. Together we Crownguards can do the impossible!

[His single perfect tear glistens in the moonlight, brighter than any star in the night sky. It's a Crownguard thing. Beautiful siblings. Don't hate cause you can't be this perfect.]

In that case, let's start looking! It can't have gotten far. I don't see a trail, so it can't have rolled away on its own. [Anything that heavy would have left a trail, right?]

That's a good point, but one can't be too careful, we should check every where, there could be a hidden hole it might have fallen in!

[ Lurks the Toxicroak is standing guard. Dukuduku the Dunsparce is ready to be the get-away car. And Gunther the Jigglypuff is there next to her. And what are they doing? Melaka and Gunther and "slyly" collecting food from the tables and sliding it into bags or other containers to take a larger quantity of it and ollie out. she doesn't belong at this party, but this part is for her.

Well, for poor people..

So she might as well benefit from it, right? She'll amass enough to feed her and hers for the next week or two. She'll just collect the stuff and ollie out. Won't be hard. ]
