The White Dragon
The people of Union have descended into the besieged city, doing everything in their power to aid the citizens of Glacier yet remaining within. Whether struggling against the invaders seemingly loyal to the White Dragon, or seeking out the injured and lost in need of aid, they take advantage of several hours of relative calm to do all they can. And for a time, it seems to be working - the invaders are not so very strong after all, not against the experienced Unionites who have surpassed everything from human armies to memories of gods.
But perhaps the might of the two combined is an altogether different challenge.
GRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAH!
The sensation is felt throughout the whole of the city, the rumbling of the earth itself enough to take down the more unstable buildings in its wake. From any point, at any height, all eyes are drawn to the monstrosity that has descended in the blink of an eye into the still-burning town center. A great, white dragon... Exactly as described by those who had escaped from the city.
Those with sharp eyes will see that standing beside it, there seems to be a human figure.
Its sheer presence is overwhelming. The air around it ripples with an aura of heat, but felt even more keenly than that, there is a devastating sense of raw power and control. This being... this god could burn down the entire earth if it wished. A city of Glacier's relative size... What chance did it possibly have? That the world yet remains standing seems almost a mercy. Its size is immense, its bulk several times larger than that of a Wailord, its height almost seeming to rival the tallest towers of Union, though perhaps this is an exaggeration of the mind.
It takes a step forward, and the earth shudders once more in its wake.
All across the frozen city of Glacier, every individual carrying a Warp Band will suddenly feel the device activate of its own accord as a video feed begins to play. Attempting to turn it off fails, and changing it doesn't seem to work either. Something, or someone, has hijacked the feed and is using it for their own announcement.
A tall, severe looking man stares into the feed, his lone eye seeming to burn with an unnatural fire. And beside him, only its lower body visible, stands the feet of the White Dragon, its fur outlined in crisp detail from this distance. The man gazes steadily forward, eyes yet alight with passion.
"So, it seems that this place has found someone to come to its aid. No matter, our plans will not be disrupted by insects like you. Still, it's good to know that there are humans left that understand the value of kinship with our fellow inhabitants of this world. It brightens my day, you might say, to know that my men have been facing honorable opponents, and not weak cowards that still cling to the old ways.
A pity that when we're done here, we'll have to come for you next. I won't lie to you and say we'll show you mercy, but at least your deaths will be swift."
He smiles then, a thin and grave expression.
Every fiber of those remaining in the city screams to flee from this threat. There is nothing they can do - they must retreat. But though their minds may instinctively beg for such a course of action, to do so means to abandon its people to a fiery demise. Can they truly run from this?
They must choose quickly... and this time, it is not a choice concerning a rabid creature, an angered and wild animal lashing out. This cold and calculated destruction, sanctioned by a god itself, so reminiscent of what was said to have happened in the past. To oppose it, perhaps, means to steer the course of history into terrible new waters. Choose quickly, people of Union. What answer will you find?
((Reshiram is a Legendary, and thus, the normal rules will not apply. It will be able to strike through abilities that would seemingly protect people, and analysts will not be able to sense its weaknesses. It radiates an aura of power that will inspire fear and awe in those who see it. Please be warned that there is a definite chance of injury when attacking this creature; however, despite all this, it is possible to defeat it.
Have fun! And enjoy some mood music.))

[Pulling himself to his feet, Waver squared his stance and tried to ignore the way his heart was pounding in his chest. There was no way he could give in to panic-- not now, not like this. Gods and judgements were affairs that were well beyond his understanding or control...
But, he was grateful for the chance to breathe.
Quickly recalling the Amaura with a tap on his warp band, Waver struggled to draw in his focus with the dog-beast's gentle but firm words. A few uttered syllables were dropped in a swift, shakey cadence, and Waver followed the lead of the others' assault with a Moonblast of his own.
This was all beyond his power or understanding...but, he could at least do that much.]

Pulling himself slowly to his feet, only swaying slightly in a feat of rather impressive self control, he gathers his power and lashes out with Mirror Coat. Babycakes quickly follows this with a tired but defiant little growl and another Moonblast.]

Reshiram takes a sucker punch from Play Rough, and another actual punch from Sky Uppercut. The dragon doesn't shoot into the stratosphere due to its sheer size, but the dual attacks do send it reeling. Saliva spraying as the creature lets out an otherworldly scream, it readies to charge the group, body once again emanating an extreme amount of heat. It appears too angry for words, so guttural screeching will have to do.
Breaking into a full charge, the Double Dragon
™Breath, Psychic and Moonblasts slow it down, buffeting the god on all sides. But it does not stop. A creature of pure, fiery rage, it tunnels in on its attackers. But where was Entei during all of this? The volcanic hound seemed to have disappeared shortly after giving the motivational speech of a lifetime. Way to leave the party hanging.
But as Reshiram closes in, a warm, pleasant breeze wafts past, followed by a mighty roar. Oh, there's Entei. Reappearing in a blast of flame and glory, the inferno hound, its form roughly the size of the white dragon, rams into it full-force, tackling the other legendary and pinning it down. Focused on the thrashing Dragon-type below it, Entei bellows down. ]
"Now, with all your might!"
[[Get in your final attacks in! We will be finishing this thread tonight/tomorrow morning!]]

Halam sahlin.
['This ends now.' A simple declaration in the language of her forebears, understood implicitly by her Pokemon to mean this would be the last strike. Solas the Hitmonchan takes his place in front of the massive form of Alas the Mamoswine, and with a quick nod to one another, their assault begins.
Whipping up a massive ice storm, Alas unleashes a Blizzard attack headed straight for Reshiram. And playing the role of backup for once, Solas lends a Helping Hand, sending each razor-sharp chunk of ice flying just that much faster by punching each one with lightning-fast strikes.]
Return to your slumber, great one. Uthenera awaits.

[Yuuna nods to the Hitmonchan, who nods back. This was going to be the end. By hook or by crook this thing had to be stopped. Fury, anger, a reckless feeling fueled by her fighting typing and sense of adventure drive her forward. She was ready, and it was now or never.
She was going to punch a god. with her best friend on her side.
Kuina and Susume banked sharply, tipping the woman and her Hitmonchan off and dropping them onto the prone dragon's head. May as well take advantage of this, as stupid a plan as it was.]
Now!
[Rearing back their fists, the two fighters focused all their strength, all their chi, and slammed their fists down hard onto Reshiram's skull. It may not be super-effective against a dragon type, but a pair of perfectly timed Focus Punches was pretty much the most powerful thing that two fighting types could pull off, and there was easily enough force behind them to crack a mountainside with the amount of chi being poured into the strikes.]
Take that!
[And before the blizzards and flurry of other deadly ranged attacks impact, the two of them leap clear, rolling away into the mud left by flash-melted snow.]

[How is he supposed to do anything but obey its command?]
[Done with talking, Feliks rushes in to attack Reshiram himself, throwing all his weight and all the Fairy-type energy he can muster into a single use of Play Rough. Standing back, Jadwiga lends her own aid with another Psychic blast.]

[Normally, Isabela's happy to take advantage of a pinned-down enemy to try and knife something important, or at least put a blade to their throats. Figuring that isn't sufficiently intimidating in this case, Isabela just warps Tyrantrum into existence next to the pinned god. With an enthusiastic roar, he slams the ground with an Earthquake, smashing the god as hard as it can while it's vulnerable. Meanwhile, Mawhile assists with the Fairy-type assault with another Play Rough.]

He never had been-- and his heart was pounding so quickly that he was certain that it would pound it's way right out of his chest. But the inferno Hound had been their saving grace, and had allowed them this opening....
Focusing all of his concentration onto the pinned beast, he dug his heels into the rocky ground and steeled himself for anything that would come in the aftermath. With a few uttered words and a silent prayer for their success, Waver aimed for the dragon and launched off an Ice Beam in retaliation for all of the pain and terror that the had been inflicted in the beast's rage.]
