[ The second message takes a few minutes to go through. Typing with one hand is hard. ]
How are you holding up?

I was thinking about taking an extended trip actually.

[ he's... oh. he didn't expect anyone to go so far as to actually do research for him. no matter how helpful Lux had been, and even if she did now consider him a friend - he figured it would end when there was no information to be found in Union. this is something he's always pursued on his own, and he just thought it always would be. ]
you don't need to be all secretive, by the way, most people know. i was pretty loud about it. hey, think you could try to find out how the other homunculi are doing while you're there? i wasn't all that happy with how the negotiations ended.
text.
Of course! That was on my agenda. I'll admit that I'm a bit worried about that too. I wasn't there for the negotiations myself, but from what I heard they were very non-committal. I will tell you everything I find out.
The benefits of being a noblewoman and a senior member of the Seekers is that I'm afforded certain respect and privileges wherever I go. Not to mention I know my way around a library. If I can use those things to help someone else, all the better.
I'll make sure to make the party. I have someone I'd like you to meet.
text.
uhhhh ok?? is this the good kind of meet or the bad ominous "meet"
text.
Good I promise! You'll like him. He's my fiance. Not the one my father arranged. Well my father did arrange this but it's complicated. I can explain more in person.
text.
and you're SURE you want me to meet him.
[ he's not used to being introduced to people, and he's... not entirely sure how to handle it. he's not really a shining beacon of anything except mischief. ]
Re: text.
Yes. He's not what you would expect. He's a "dirty delver" for starters. Not someone I would describe as high society.
text.
pretty sure you & me have REALLY different ideas of high society, but i'll take your word for it! make sure you talk me up, make me sound impressive.
text.
I'll have to tell Ezreal you implied he was "high society." He'll get a good laugh out of that. Or be offended. I'm not quite sure which.

[ now he kind of just wants to get her to admit it was okay for him to steal, it's funny to hear from a noble and he might be able to tease her about it someday. ]
text.
Those can't be the only two options.
And I am NOT a princess. I think we established that already, Mister Frost.
