hey! everybody else pissed off about those caves? good, cuz i'm calling for an emergency party. there needs to be some real fun around here after whatever the hell that was.

i'm still pretty new here, so suggestions on place? stuff to do??? really somebody else can handle organization, that sounds boring, i just wanted to put out the word.

the only group of anything i have been anywhere with is spinarak & i would not recommend that either.

Well isn't it nice that you don't have to worry about that sort of thing now? You can sleep in a house, with a (hopefully) spinirak-free bed.

And take regular baths. I guarantee that your fellow coworkers will appreciate it so much more if you do.

[ at the change in her tone there is that twinge, a flash of I'm not a person anyway so stop expecting me to be one that he now recognises for what it is after reaching an understanding in the caves - but this is such a stupid subject to have that on, so he rolls over and buries his face in Growlithe's fur for a while until it goes away. this is why he chose to use text. he feels too raw still, like every feeling is unfiltered, and he knows he would have overreacted in so many ways if he didn't have the buffer that text communication gives him.

the reply comes after a significant pause: ]

[ She immediately regrets the message as soon as she sends it. They were joking, and somehow she knew she overstepped a line. She might not have understood how, or where that line was, but the radio silence spoke volumes. Staring at the band, she leaned back in her seat, staring up at the ceiling; she recounted the conversation in her mind, trying to figure out what might have gone wrong.

She jumped up when Jack finally responded, cursing under her breath as she jostled her wrist. That didn't stop her from giving him a prompt response. ]

There are some open air areas around Union that might work. I think it would be hard to find an indoor space to fit everyone. Did you have anything in mind?

Most of the parties I've been to have been thrown by nobles, so I'm in the same boat. Noble parties usually aren't very fun, but normal parties are. They're less about showing off and more enjoying each others' company.

that sounds easy. plus at least if we're at a park, if it's boring i can probably find some kids to hang with.

hey you're a fairy type right? can you do cool light tricks or anything? sparkles and stuff??

I can do much more than "cool light tricks." Much more. When I was a kid, I would make lights dance around the estate. The servants thought the halls were haunted! I would get into so much trouble doing that.

what i mean is, totsuka said we probably couldn't have fireworks but i thought maybe we could have a cool lightshow thing instead? you know, you could show off near the end of the party when the sun's going down.

I'm not sure why you couldn't get fireworks. You just need to know who to ask.

A lightshow? I've never done anything like that. It sounds like a fun challenge. Count me in.
