I'm also still more or less alive and not prone to haunting. But it is a bit unnerving, I'll admit. It's part of the reason I'm going--it doesn't bother me so much.

That doesn't mean they didn't bring something into the city that has triggered this. ...though that wouldn't explain the reports I'm hearing of Caldera having similar problems.

Caldera, the flower grove, the lake shrine, among other places. Team Evolution isn't a small organization by any stretch, but they don't have that kind of scope. At least as far as I know.
