[With the quake in the Old City, Ezreal is definitely off his Delver job. Instead, he's making use of one of his other skills - Engineering. He's aiding with the reconstruction of Union, helping shore up and repair walls and fight off Pokemon that try to make the job more difficult. Help out?]

[As he is making repairs, a pair of Grimers barrel toward him, attacking out of fear. Before they can do any damage, however, the two stop in place, melting a bit, before running in the opposite direction, terrified.

Standing not too far away are Lux and Camille, the Dratini stretched as tall as she can, and the blond with her staff at the ready.]

That was close! Are you all right?

Yeah I'm good, thanks. I gotta get this beam squared, if you can keep them off me for a bit longer I'd appreciate it!

[Running over to him, she summons Onix, who creates a barricade around his work area with her body. She stands outside of it, with her back turned to Ezreal.]

I wonder what has them so spooked.

I'm betting there was a lot of collapses in the Old City after that quake. It must've been deep, but even if that is the case it'd have been much worse under there.

[She glances over her shoulder.]

...Do you think anyone might be trapped down there?

I hope not, but you can't exactly rule it out. People weren't supposed to be in there so hopefully not.

[She clenches a fist at her side.]

We should at least check, to be sure.

There will be rescue crews. Are you trained in triage? Do you know extraction methods?

[She clenches her fist tighter. Camille glances over her, looking a bit concerned.]

[Was she really so helpless in all of this? It infuriated her.]

Probably best to leave it to the pros then. In matters of life and death like this, if you don't know what you're doing you can do more harm than good.

That's what we're doing. Repairs are vital to the towers, just imagine what would happen if a major earthquake knocked them over.

You could hold this in place so I can nail it in.

[That wasn't what she had in mind. She sighs loudly, putting her hand there.]

I get you want to do grand things, but you need to know what you're doing. There's not a huge margin for error with a lot of these things. And sometimes you have to do menial stuff because it's important and you're available to get it done.

I just feel useless right now. All these years in school, studying, and I feel so out of my depth.

[Pause. Why was she telling him this all of a sudden? She hardly knew him.]
