[With the quake in the Old City, Ezreal is definitely off his Delver job. Instead, he's making use of one of his other skills - Engineering. He's aiding with the reconstruction of Union, helping shore up and repair walls and fight off Pokemon that try to make the job more difficult. Help out?]

They're more concerned with actually helping people, not who is doing the helping. As far as we're told, it's us, even if we aren't the ones getting our hands dirty.

There's only so much money to go around, and so many people in need. They give what they can where they can.

There's certainly enough money for all the council members to live in really nice houses in upper-scale towers though, I've noticed.

Council members don't actually make as much as you might think. A majority of them come from older, noble families.

[He takes it over to some of the boards laid out. After doing some measurements and making a mark one one, he starts the handcrank. The device makes a truly blood-curdling grinding sound but it efficiently cuts through the board.]

Lux will wince too, from the combination of both sounds.]
