[He'd heard they had video on the Warp Bands but his old one hadn't had that feature. Maybe it's a good thing this one does.

Martin is in a room in the medical center when he starts it. Which is the problem. He died. He's not supposed to be back in the medical center two months later decidedly not dead and an Enlightened!

But he's back and now he has to adjust to these sharp little claw-nail-things on his fingers on top of everything else. What is his life?

Before Martin gets a chance to say anything, a Budew grabs the band and starts poking at it.]

No, Laterose, not right now.

[The Budew goes out of sight and Martin focuses it back on him with a sigh]

Um. I...I'm not quite sure what to say right now. I'm back? Is that what you say when you die and wake up two months later in the Forest? Is this normal for Enlightened?

[He clearly has more questions but cuts himself off]

Anyway. Could someone catch me up on the last two months?

I'm not sure. It might have been a dream but I could have sworn that while I was sleeping I was also walking around the camp.

...Like... sleep walking or leaving your body?

Leaving my body. I think. I'm honestly not sure.

Well, if you left your body... it could be something called 'Astral Projection'.

I've never heard of that.

Weelllll, it's like. I've never done it, but sometimes a spirit can leave its body by... projecting itself outward.

...It's pretty simple to explain. Astral basically just means spirit. So.

If I wasn't just dreaming, I was projecting my spirit?

[Martin glances to Boar, who shakes his head.]

No. I've never heard of him.

Well, maybe he'll know something.

See... I don't think he remembers pretty much anything at all. And he might have been a pokémon when he died, because now he's a honege shifter.

I think you guys really gotta talk.

That's...odd. I remember everything until I died and I was most certainly human before then. I'd like to speak with him.

When do you think they'll let you out?

Not for at least a week. There's paperwork to get filed and they want to make sure I am in fact alive.

Well, that'll be a tough one. Ghosts are alive in a different way than others are.
