She stands in front of the Kurain Manor's school entrance, though she's facing the school, so only the street is visible behind her.]

So, just to let everyone who visits know... we kind of have a new guardian.

He's reeeally big, okay? But he's been here a long time, so you'll recognise him. Maybe.

[She giggles, turning the camera to face Peri, who has just evolved into Abomasnow.

Peri, whose castform buddy Powel is giving a cooling wind, rubs his neck shyly and waves. Now that he's officially the guardian of the household, he's wearing a Magatama too-- but as he's not a psychic or ghost pokémon, it's not been charged with any spiritual energy. It's mostly a mark of status.]

This is Peri, and you'll see him greet everybody outside the school for classes.

Don't be scared, okay? He's the same as always, but we figured he'd do a lot better out here than inside. Make sure to say hello on your way in!

[Maya looks away from the camera. Yyyyup. She can't make fun of Jinxie at all on that one. She hardly ever has more than Shi attuned to her warp band because she's bad at using it but she more often than not has her pokémon at home instead of at the habitat.

...A big empty house like that gets lonely, okay.]
