The White Dragon
The people of Union have descended into the besieged city, doing everything in their power to aid the citizens of Glacier yet remaining within. Whether struggling against the invaders seemingly loyal to the White Dragon, or seeking out the injured and lost in need of aid, they take advantage of several hours of relative calm to do all they can. And for a time, it seems to be working - the invaders are not so very strong after all, not against the experienced Unionites who have surpassed everything from human armies to memories of gods.
But perhaps the might of the two combined is an altogether different challenge.
GRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAH!
The sensation is felt throughout the whole of the city, the rumbling of the earth itself enough to take down the more unstable buildings in its wake. From any point, at any height, all eyes are drawn to the monstrosity that has descended in the blink of an eye into the still-burning town center. A great, white dragon... Exactly as described by those who had escaped from the city.
Those with sharp eyes will see that standing beside it, there seems to be a human figure.
Its sheer presence is overwhelming. The air around it ripples with an aura of heat, but felt even more keenly than that, there is a devastating sense of raw power and control. This being... this god could burn down the entire earth if it wished. A city of Glacier's relative size... What chance did it possibly have? That the world yet remains standing seems almost a mercy. Its size is immense, its bulk several times larger than that of a Wailord, its height almost seeming to rival the tallest towers of Union, though perhaps this is an exaggeration of the mind.
It takes a step forward, and the earth shudders once more in its wake.
All across the frozen city of Glacier, every individual carrying a Warp Band will suddenly feel the device activate of its own accord as a video feed begins to play. Attempting to turn it off fails, and changing it doesn't seem to work either. Something, or someone, has hijacked the feed and is using it for their own announcement.
A tall, severe looking man stares into the feed, his lone eye seeming to burn with an unnatural fire. And beside him, only its lower body visible, stands the feet of the White Dragon, its fur outlined in crisp detail from this distance. The man gazes steadily forward, eyes yet alight with passion.
"So, it seems that this place has found someone to come to its aid. No matter, our plans will not be disrupted by insects like you. Still, it's good to know that there are humans left that understand the value of kinship with our fellow inhabitants of this world. It brightens my day, you might say, to know that my men have been facing honorable opponents, and not weak cowards that still cling to the old ways.
A pity that when we're done here, we'll have to come for you next. I won't lie to you and say we'll show you mercy, but at least your deaths will be swift."
He smiles then, a thin and grave expression.
Every fiber of those remaining in the city screams to flee from this threat. There is nothing they can do - they must retreat. But though their minds may instinctively beg for such a course of action, to do so means to abandon its people to a fiery demise. Can they truly run from this?
They must choose quickly... and this time, it is not a choice concerning a rabid creature, an angered and wild animal lashing out. This cold and calculated destruction, sanctioned by a god itself, so reminiscent of what was said to have happened in the past. To oppose it, perhaps, means to steer the course of history into terrible new waters. Choose quickly, people of Union. What answer will you find?
((Reshiram is a Legendary, and thus, the normal rules will not apply. It will be able to strike through abilities that would seemingly protect people, and analysts will not be able to sense its weaknesses. It radiates an aura of power that will inspire fear and awe in those who see it. Please be warned that there is a definite chance of injury when attacking this creature; however, despite all this, it is possible to defeat it.
Have fun! And enjoy some mood music.))

Teddie, Takuto, Sanae, Tendou, Ahri, and Duo

But even so. Even with that. ]
Grandma always said that if I am the centre of the world, then I must be the one to save it.
[ There was never any doubt in what he would do. Even if he has to push past every limit he has, even the gods themselves will be driven off. ]
Are you guys coming?
[ It hardly matters. Tendou will go by himself if he must. ]
no subject
He heard from friends about how the gods had interacted with humans, and thus became determined to meet one of them in hopes to find answers. However, did not expect to actually get to see, in person, one of these living legends.
And it's going to end with Teddie being burnt to a crisp.]
Marowak! [Bernard took a hold of Teddie's arm and raised up his bone club to tell Tendou that they were coming with. He wasn't going to let his trainer run from this, not with everything at stake now.]
no subject
[Still in his armor, Takuto summons Samehk, the Salamence from his band and mounts up]
C'mon Sanae. Are we ready everyone?
no subject
A-are we doing the right thing? This...
[She didn't finish, closing her eyes and doing her best to swallow the fear that was rapidly building inside of her. Turning to Kid, she knew that even if she decided to go and try to assist, that Kid was too inexperienced to do much of anything. She held him close and put him down a moment later.]
You need to stay back okay? I... I'd never forgive myself if you got hurt.
[And just as Kid was going to argue about it, he was sent away. Ahri stood up, still visibly shaken and holding herself. Blue fire orbs appeared around her and began to orbit her form.]
If... if you guys are going, I won't back down...
I just hope this is the right thing.

[ For a moment, Sanae sounded a bit unsure, addressing Teddie. But that quickly faded when Takuto called her. Summoning Yousei the Flygon, she looked toward Ahri and Teddie. ]
Yousei can take one of you with us, but we've gotta hurry. The longer we wait here, the more people will get hurt!
[ Floating off the ground a bit, she nodded toward Takuto. ]
Let's go! Everybody, follow us!
no subject
Right. Let's do this.
[His Houndoom looked up at him, nervously wagging his tail, but willing to go along. In fact, the only one of his small team that seemed the most reluctant was the Growlithe, but was it reluctance or laziness?
He nodded to the others. It was time to see just how much they could do.]

Towering over the group, Reshiram surveyed the humans and Pokemon arrayed beneath it, and opened it's mouth, light gathering...and then it breathed. A torrent of flame erupted from the monster's mouth, a Fusion Flare sweeping across the entire group like a cutting beam. It's not interested in playing, apparently.]

He was now covered in red steel, a carapace that would be little defence against the flames of a god, but more than enough to add a little weight behind his fists. This wasn't a fight he could survive staying as he was, so he had evolved. ]
Sora, go.
[ If it's going to throw rocks around everywhere, then the Aerodactyl was going to match it! An Ancient Power grabs the stones and flings them back at the dragon. It wasn't much, but if it was a Fire-type, then surely a Rock-type attack would be the way to open! ]
no subject
The Marowak would of followed him one way or another, just to act like a shield for what his trainer couldn't dodge. After that first attack though, Bernard goes on the offensive. He lets go of Teddie's arm so that he could send his Bonemerang flying.]
no subject
I'm ready.
[A more determined tone as her blue fire turned fiercer and she looked to see what aid she could assist with. Confuse Ray would be a good start, hopefully it'd work.]

Shin, Shadow Sneak!
[The Duskull extended its shadow again, focusing on the dragon.]
no subject
And then it surges forward in it's rage, trashing and stamping about with tail, claws, and teeth in an Outraged rampage, aimed at each member of the group. The closest, Takuto's Salamence, is for sure going to feel that one in the morning.]
no subject
Sora on the other hand, was a little closer, and as much as an Aerodactyl wanted to fly about, it wasn't as lucky as Tendou. Thankfully, Kagami the Honedge was on hand to take the brunt of the blow with an Iron Defense to back it up, leaving the Aerodactyl with enough space to toss out another Ancient Power.
(If only Tendou had the time to teach it physical Rock-type moves.) ]
no subject
Bernard was unfortunate and couldn't quite dodge the entirety of the rampage. He easily gets knocked away by the lashing tail, and the bonemerang ends up embedded into the snow. He's not out for the count just yet, but man did that hurt.]

"TAU! BURN!"
[Takuto's Golurk emerges and blasts again toward Reshiram, Takuto once again slashing at the creature with his Star Swords in a flyby attack]
no subject
Seeing Takuto facing off against the white dragon, and Teddie and his Marowak struggling, she made a split decision. ]
Yousei, come!
[ Summoning Flygon, she points toward the Boomerang. ]
We need that! Hurry!
[ Taking off, Yousei bolted toward Bernard's boomerang. Special delivery!
Meanwhile, the priestess stands up, raising her gohei to the skies, moving delicately in some sort of Rain Dance. ]

He had his Duskull fire off a Shadow Ball and Rotom use Thunder Shock.]

[Outrage. Outrage, Outrage, Outrage, Outrage, Outrage.
The move is impossible to cease using, of course, once it's begun, but at the moment, there doesn't seem to be any particular reason to stop using it. Everyone and everything is subject to the oversized lizard's terrible tantrum. This time, it focuses in particular on Ahri, whom it finds annoying for her continued efforts to disrupt its thought patterns (it fails to see the irony in that it will be confused in approximately two more rounds) and Tendou, for whom it feels a particular antipathy for being so slippery.
The rest, of course, receive their fair amount of beating, too.
Shadow Ball, Ancient Power, Thunder Shock, and Takuto's slashes are all absorbed and though they leave their impact in the form of bruises and cuts and matted fur, the Outrage continues undeterred. At one point, it swipes at the Golurk in an attempt to send it and its riding spinning off into the stars.
In fact, it's so Outraged that it doesn't even notice that its flames are beginning to quell, spurred on by the gentle rain...]

He's built about as fragile as you can be for a Steel-type, and there's only enough of Tendou left to groan in pain because of his resistance to Dragon-type attacks and a last second Iron Defence.
But hey, if it's going to be right up in his face, this gives Tendou the opportunity to Dual Chop it in the tail. ]

Bernard practically sent into blinding Rage after being smacked around so much. The unbridled fury will keep him going for now, though it is also because of it he completely forgets the fact that he would need his bone to pull of some attacks.]

Sukuna, Moriya help Takuto! Please!
[ It takes a moment for the Azumarill to respond, looking up at Reshiram and nearly cowering in fear instead. Even Moriya, who is normally unaffected by just about everything, seems to reel a bit at the legendary's presence. But the Water-types do as they are told, and unleash two Hydro Pumps at the beast. ]
