[Eve turns on the video to show a Scyther that appears to have been through a barrage of electrical attacks. Although beaten, it still somehow appears full of pride. Maybe that has to do with the fact Eve has a fair number of scratches and scrapes.]

My search for a strong Pokémon has been successful. This is Palla, the newest addition to my allies.

[She reaches up to wipe at a scratch on her face, only seeming to actually smear blood across her cheek. Eve winces a bit, but it doesn't seem like a big deal to her.]

I also appear to be leaking, and I believe this is pain I am feeling. How do I make it stop?

[Eggman opens the first aid kit and takes out the rubbing alcohol and cotton, along with bandages that aren't quite as improvised.]

... Really, you probably would have kept going if I hadn't called for you. And then what?

[Eve appears to completely ignore the question. Instead, she has her own observation to make.]

Flesh is weak. Were it not weak, I would not have these injuries.

Well, naturally.

[Perhaps unlike much of the responses Eve got, Eggman isn't going to argue that point. Flesh IS weak.]

And don't get me started on how this flu season's been for me. Still dealing with... w-with...

[He stays silent with a strained look on his face. His body spasms, then relaxes again.]

... with these sneezes. ... Ugh, well, what can you do? You're not exactly helping it, throwing yourself into what might as well be a literal spike pit.

[Of course, watching him suffer with that sneeze only reaffirms her earlier statement. Not that she had any doubt on the subject anyway.

Eve merely shrugs in response.] I am becoming stronger. Palla joined me because of my strength.

[And because Eve gave it a rather electrifying experience.]

Unless there is another way to better myself?
