[How has everyone in the Union been today? Hope everyone is doing well because you'll find one, Fuuka Yamagishi convered in nothing but dust and dirt today! There might be some coughing sounds coming from the distance but all she could do was nervously smile]

I apologize but I wanted to ask you a question. Is anyone familiar with rotomcycle tech? After my visit to the Gigas, I wanted to try and attempt to make a vehicle like what they had there.

Although, I'm afraid I might need some help. I'm not sure what I did wrong but if anyone knows, please let me know.

[And then there was a pause before looking the left over debris]

And I might need some help cleaning a few things as well!

[If Fuuka had been paying attention when the Dragon attacked in the winter, then she would know all too well that this was the least that Waver was capable of in terms of callous language.]

It looks like you need to do a lot of clean up before you even try investigating the libraries or any academic connections to see what other Engineers have come up with.

I am planning on doing that as soon as I finish! I just hope it won't take too l-long.

[She said before giving a few more coughs. Oh how she hated having such a weak immune system]

[Unlike a few of Waver's 'regulars', Fuuka wasn't an idiot; he could at least be civil with her.]

[Unless his definition of idiot includes refusing help since she doesn't want to bother people, then she might be one. But until then?

She was about to protest once more but she gave another loud cough.]

D-Do you know where our old business store is? I'm not too far away from there.

[Unfortunately, it does. Similar idiots were what spurred him to have a few healing spells prepared at all times and why he was working on the paperwork to start some actual first aid training through Dr. Ami Mizuno's program.]

Yeah, I think I remember where that's at. Is there anything I need to know before I get there?

[He'll teleport his way across Union to get there quickly, if he had to.]

No, not really! I'm pretty sure that's all you need to know!

[Unless there was something she was missing but even then, what else did he need to know?]

[The drunken pangoro that she may or may not have had a fight with would have been a good thing to know, if she had indeed fought with one. With the way she was coughing from this little problem, though, Waver highly doubted that was the case.]

[And, sure enough, after several teleports to strategic places in town, Wave arrived at her door within a few moments. He carefully rapped on the frame to announce his presence before he let himself in.]

[When he arrived, he'll happen to find some smoke coming out of the windows. As Fuuka tried to let the smoke escape, it wasn't enough to stop her endless coughing.

Upon knocking on the door, he'll also hear a series of coughs coming from the other end before a familiar person appeard at the entrance]

W-Waver, it's really nice to see you here! I apologize for the smoke, it's taking a lot longer to dissipate than I thought!

--Let's get you out of there before anything else, [Waver said hurriedly once he saw her, and rushed over to grab her wrist before hastily teleporting them to a safe place on the other side of the street.

The teleporting, which had always been something of an instinctual skill for him, had become more streamlined over time. Fuuka shouldn't have any ill effects from the teleporting itself, especially since they landed on their feet and not in a tree.]

What happened in there to make so much smoke?

[At first, Fuuka was rather surprised at how forward Waver was. While she had not known him all that long, it was always shocking to see someone acting as such. However, her thoughts immediately changed as soon as she got teleported.

Once she did so, she suddenly found herself on the street. With her eyes widen at how fast everything was, she also started coughing once more. But now that she was nowhere near the smoke, it wasn't a severe as before]

I-I'm not sure but I'm afraid I'm at fault. I was trying to see if I could apply Gigas technology to our own but...it didn't work out as well as I thought.

That's a valid project, though. [He waved off some smoke as he replied, tempted to call up a simple Gust spell to blow it away so Fuuka could breathe properly.] Did anything in there catch fire? We'll need to call more people if it did.

No, I don't think so! I think it just overheated but it's nothing that I can handle!

[She said before taking a deep breath in] And if it did, I'm afraid it would have burned the entire building down and we can't have that!

[All with a smile of course]

Hmm....true.

[He had just been wondering if he needed to teleport in really quick to make sure the windows were closed, to not feed any possible fires.]

How are you feeling now that you're out of there? Do you think we can document what happened so people don't make the same mistake again?

[After cleaning her throat, she took in another deep breath in. This time rather slowly]

A little bit better but I will say this. I don't think Gigas technology works well with ours. Especially if their runs on coal.

I think that's what caused the explosion.

[She was breathing properly-- that was a good thing, but he wanted to keep an eye on her for a bit longer...]

I think we're going to need to fuel them in a way that doesn't involve coal, then. There's too much risk with the Rotomcycle technology, because we need to make sure that the Rotom itself is being cared for and not forced into something unwilingly.

...I wonder if any of the Magi in Sanctuary have any ideas? Or, perhaps taking cues from Electric or Steel typed pokemon might be a way to continue this research.

What were you trying to replicate, anyway?

I was trying to see if we could make some Rotoms because there seemed to be a lot of vehicles in the Gigas. I thought if I could do that, it might help the people of the Union. Although, I'm starting to wonder if that was a good idea.

[Especially now when there's tension between Gigas and the Union too]

If coal is involved, I don't want to harm the Rotom. But I have thought about alternatives instead of using coal. Perhaps water or anything as a source of energy for them but...

This is proving to be a lot more difficult than I thought!

Perhaps we can get someone with the talent to talk to some Magnemites some day? That might be part of the solution...

[Except, they had bigger problems. Waver cast his gaze over the smoking mess of a building, pondering how they would even start with that sort of clean up.]

That's a project for later. How bad are your breathing problems, and do you think we should call some help for clean up?

I think I-I'm going to be okay! It's not as bad as before, I can handle it! Thank you, though.

[Compared to her breathing problems from before, this was nothing. At least she could actually breath this time around!]

But we're going to have to! [She said before her Pokemon were trying their best to clear out the smoke] Not to mention it might take a while to clean everything up!

Let's call the Authorities and get started, then.

[Waver said, as he reached for his Warp Band to call on a few Rangers that he knew for some assistance.]

Don't worry, I will! Hopefully when I start on this again, I won't end up burning everything by accident.

[Unlike that one time she burnt her dinner by accident. But oh well!]
