[Not long after the waters recede, there comes a certain fellow fairy, running around like a chicken with his head cut off. As soon as he spots Feliks up in that tree, he rushes over, a panicky sort of guilty look on his face.]

[He coughs a couple of times, and does his level best to pretend like he didn't.]

[He doesn't even sound bothered, honestly, as ruffled up as he looks.]

For sure? I should totally train my Togepi more, but like, he's kind of lazy.
