[This guy would never get it...]

just make sure the food's there and that there's an open door policy, and we'll be good.

[ Rincewind blinked at this. He squinted at the smell type hovering in front of his face and with infuriatingly slow speed of a kindergartner learning their a-b-c's, typed back. ]

nawt evrythin i hope.
allergictoloveletters: (Well if you think about it)

Some levity is necessary, I agree. However, I think, if you wish to have a party of some sort, you should be prepared to organize it. Still, are you intending on taking any part in organizing or shall I assume you do not want to know what I will have planned?

Music, potentially games to be played, minor decoration, at least enough to indicate where the location of the celebration shall be, and an all day picnic might be best to explain. Everyone brings a blanket and basket with the understanding to be sharing with others and those who don't bring food can be asked to bring things like napkins or plates or pokemon treats.

Or perhaps something more of a buffet sort, a pot luck, as it were. Both are viable options.

Well, I'm just...I'd like to make things easier on the kids, y'know?

[Really that is the aim! It's why she does what she does. That, and for all the moms out there.]

And I can probably have it ready by Saturday.

I guess you can look at it that way! Although calling Ezreal a "perk" may be a bit misleading.
allergictoloveletters: (Well actually it's quite simple)

Successful ones do, certainly.

And it varies on age. There are games for children, teenagers, and adults, who will be attending the party in question? If it is an open invitation to all ages, it may be best to have a variety of things.

you of all people should also understand that people hate being ordered around.
