An announcement

Early in the morning, an announcement comes out over the public band.

“Greetings, people of Union. Our scientists and engineers have been working hard to analyze the strange stones that were recovered by the Seekers in their recent exploration. It seems they are emitting powerful radio waves, a kind we are not entirely familiar with. While we still do not know their source or function, we have found similar waves coming from coordinates within our current signal. We are looking for volunteers to go and investigate the source of these waves and get to the bottom of it.

How can there be a kind of radio wave we're not familiar with? That's not how electromagnetism works.

Yeah. I'm really curious. Who knows? Maybe there's another civilization out there, too. We've reestablished contact with so many recently.

I agree, I think it would be a good idea to see what is in those caves! And after what has happened, I also think getting contact would be for the best!

I have some people I can go with, too. I'll probably tag along with them... if we don't get separated or something. That can happen, too, so I'll just be sure to have my best Pokémon team with me... just in case.

Just be careful okay? I don't know what might be lurking in the caves but I do know that it's going to be dangerous.

I know my Espurr is willing to go but I must admit. I'm not sure if I'm ready but at the same time...I do want to know…
