[On Fuuka's end, there appears to be some mumbling as her Espurr only gave her a sigh.] Um...are you sure this is a good idea? I never done anything quite like this before, it doesn't seem right to just ask. [Of course, as it was Fuuka's turn to sigh, her pokemon only just gave her a glare]

Well, I suppose it's too late now. [And as she gave another mumble once more, her voice quickly turned cheerful despite how nervous she sounds] Um, h-hello, my name is Fuuka Yamagishi and it's really nice to meet you all! I apologize if I'm being rude but would anyone tell me which places are the best to train pokemon?

I'm afraid I'm new at this?

[And maybe it'll be a good distraction too]

I heard that the forest was dangerous if you don't have someone with you? Of course, I never tried it myself but I don't think it's worth the risk.

[She mumbled to herself]

But I never heard about the arena before! Perhaps I can find someone who would be willing to train me there! It just seems like a lot so much at once!

[pearltergeist]

I suppose that it can seem that way if you are just starting out all by yourself! But I am sure that if you take things at your own pace and find others who you can train with, you will be just fine.

[ there's a small pause, and then she adds: ] In fact, if it's not too sudden, I would be willing to help out if you'd like. I know the most about training Psychic or Ghost types, but I have become quite experienced in handling Flying types recently, too!

[And there, Fuuka blinked a little before she got a flustered!]

Ah, I certainly wouldn't mind the help but are you sure? It seems like a lot of work to help someone out and I wouldn't want to trouble you though!

[pearltergeist]

Oh no, it wouldn't be any trouble at all! It's always more fun to train with others, and I'm sure I would probably learn something new, too.

Well, if you say so!

[Does this mean Fuuka made a new friend? Yay, new friend!]

Um, is there a place you want us to meet? Right now, I'm near a park so perhaps we can meet up there!

[pearltergeist]

I would be very happy to meet up with you! Oh, I guess I should describe myself so that we aren't stumbling around looking for each other for hours, right? Um, I will be wearing hakama and have a Meowstic with me, if that helps!

Oh! That seems like I could easily find you! But as for me?

If you happen to see a young woman with a Espurr, I think that will be me! Although, right now, I'm sitting on a bench somewhere! Maybe that is enough to find us?

[pearltergeist]

Well, I will try! I'm sure that between the two of us, we will manage to find each other. If I set off now, I don't think it should take me too long to get to you, either.

That sounds fine to me! So um...I'll see you when I see you?

Either way, should Pearl walk to the park, she'll find a young woman with an Espurr nearby. Although, her Pokemon was much more interested in trying to get the flying leaves rather than on the look out for certain people.]

[ Pearl brings Ezzie, because the Meowstic would never allow herself to be left behind, and the two of them walk down to the park, keeping a sharp eye out for a young woman on a park bench. Pearl is positively radiating excitement; her Pokemon, on the other hand, seems more guarded. either way, when the teenager lays eyes on the Espurr, and the trainer nearby, she makes a controlled beeline for her. ]

Pardon me, but are you Miss Fuuka?

[As her Pokemon kept being absentminded, Fuuka had to keep her breathing steady. There was no need for her to be afraid, she could do this, she met up with a bunch of other people before! She can make a first good impression for a friend right?

Right!

Although, once she heard a voice, she had to jump just a bit!]

Ah...y-yes! I'm Fuuka, it's nice to meet you, miss Pearl! [She said really quickly]

It's nice to meet you in person, too! Oh, but I do beg your pardon, I hope that I didn't startle you.

[ Pearl knows the signs; she was a timid child when it came to strangers, and even though she's grown out of that with Maya's help, she still feels sympathy for that kind of nervousness. ]

No, not at all! I apologize, I haven't met a lot of people that my parents haven't met before. I didn't mean to be so rude.

[And with overprotective parents, it was difficult to meet up with people whom they haven't met before. Which was why she was mumbling just a tad bit]

[ she shakes her head, smiling. ]

Oh no, please don't worry, you weren't rude at all! In fact... I know the feeling. [ she bobs on her feet slightly, putting her hands behind her back. aah, what would Mystic Maya do to put her new acquaintance - friend, hopefully? - at ease? ] Um, your Espurr is very lively, huh?

[Fuuka wasn't good at making new friends was she? Oh now she made Pearl feel awkward, what does she do now? Quick say something back!]

T-Thank you! But I'm afraid it's because she doesn't listen to me a lot, she gets herself into a lot of trouble when I'm not looking!

[And just like that, as her Espurr was simply enjoying the view, she immediately bumped her head against the bench. Ouch]
