And several angry Pokémon. They have trapped Martin (with the exception of Brigadier, who is holding the Band) so that the sign Tiria wrote and pinned to his shirt can be read.

Martin, meanwhile, is just so done.]

I have a death wish and tried to stay behind with the Savior in the past and probably die.

Again.

This is the second time I've tried to died since coming back to life.

My Pokémon are not happy.

Am I sufficiently shamed, Boar?

[The Doublade hisses and Brig shuts the Band off.]

...miserable. That was a world at the end of its rope.

[ What did they gain, showing them that? Was it a lesson? A warning? Something about it was extremely unsettling. ]

And the Savior fixed everything?

[He shakes his head]

No. No single person could have fixed that world.

What happened? Did you see it? The end?

What was she like? The Savior.

No, we were forced to leave before that.

[Martin hums]

She was young. Scared. Not very popular, either.

That doesn't sound like the stories. But I guess it doesn't have the same impact if people knew that.

Agreed. I felt sorry for her.

From what I know about her, she probably wouldn't want that.

[ Nozomi smiles a little. ]

Then again, you'd probably know that better than me.

I met her only briefly. I really don't think I "know" her.

You know her better than any of us.

No, I really don't. We never even got her name.

But you saw her, and what made her the Savior. You wouldn't be calling her that if you didn't, or at least saw something that made you think she was.

She sent everyone, including her Pokémon, away so she could face a god who's very presence was killing people.

Being a martyr and being the Savior aren't the same thing.

No, but martyrs tend to be remembered. The people would have remembered her.

Even if they didn't like her?

[ She doesn't sound too sure. She's not doubting you, Martin, but she's doubting you. ]

You don't forget someone who risked everything like that, like them or not.

Maybe.

[ She doesn't sound convinced. ]

You aren't from Union, are you?

I am, and I believe in the Savior, if that's what you're wondering.

I was. I can't be certain it was her, but I believe it was.

I guess nothing can really prove otherwise. I don't know if I'd go out of my way saying I met the Savior if I was you, though.

I'm not, only to those who went down the chasms or ask.

Probably best to keep it that way. You don't want people thinking you're strange.
