[If one is passing by the Council Hall, they will notice an adorable and pampered-looking Eevee standing on the steps. She is wearing a cute pink collar with the name of "HIME" emblazoned upon it, a bow sitting proudly behind her little head. When you get closer to her, she turns her big, soulful eyes on you and makes the most pathetic sounds.

If her coat wasn't so shiny and luxurious, you'd swear she was starving. But, really, feed her anyway.

Or, you know, try to find her trainer. Either one.]

Uh, to everyone who ran into my Eevee, Hime, earlier, I'm sorry. She ran away while I was at school. If she conned food out of you, I can pay you back. And if she did something else, [Makoto sighs, knowing what trouble the adorable little Pokémon could get into] let me know and I'll pay you back for any damages.

[Okay, so Boreaum isn't so bad. Better than that clumsy Usato mess back home. Hime goes back over to rub against him again. It's almost like being petted, after all.]

[She wants attention, and maybe Poképuffs. Or berries. She's not picky.]

[Rei laughs and reaches down, scooping up the little troublemaker in her arms.]

Fine, I'll show you attention. How would you like to help me with a little problem?

[Hime squeals happily as Rei picks her up, Boreaum forgotten when she's in the arms of the human that understands her.]

Veeeee?

[You want her to help? How? Will it get her Poképuffs?]

I need someone to help me train Boreaum. Do you think you can fight with an overgrown beach ball?

[Arf Arf!]

[The Eevee looks down at the Spheal with a bit of an apprising glint to her brown eyes before turning to the Trainer.]

Eevee.

[She'll help, but there'd better be something in it for her. He looks like a lazy butterball.]

[Down she sets Hime then.]

Alright. Hime, whenever you're ready, attack. Boreaum, I want you to do what I say. It's time for your first lesson.

[Arf?]

[The Eevee takes her time thinking over the best way to deal with this. The Spheal is kinda round, sure, but he can be dangerous when he wants to be.

It's just getting him to do that, if she's got his personality right.

Without warning, she shoots forward with a Quick Attack.]

AWWW SHIT IT'S ON.

[Boreaum is indeed very round, and very, very high level. Hime smacks into his thick fat hard, and the Spheal rolls. Just...rolls...over.]

Boreaum, use Water Gun. Defend yourself.

[And Boreaum does just that. Only...he just begins washing himself.]

[Hime watches Boreaum for a minute before looking up at the Trainer.]

Vee!

[What now? She kinda wants to use Bite on him to see what he'll do, but she's confused at the fact that he's not actually...fighting back.]

Bite him if you want. He'll learn. You can be mean.

[Seriously.]

[She can be mean. A Trainer has just given her the go ahead to do what she wants with another Pokémon. Hime likes to get her way, sure, and she throws little temper tantrums if that doesn't happen, but she's not really mean.

But the Spheal is ticking her off, since they're supposed to be having a battle and it's playing with water.

Maybe that's why the Trainer wanted her to fight him then. Hm. The things she does for food and attention.]

Eevee.

[Hi Boreaum. That was your only warning before tiny, sharp teeth are sinking into your round body.]

[faithfulflame]

[Boreaum doesn't even seem to notice. Hime, you're going to have to bite a lot harder than that to really phase this fluffball. It's covered in thick fat everwhere but it's little fins, and that does insulate it from most pain.

But he does look at you now.]

Spheal?

[Hime is glaring at you, butterball. FIGHT BACK!]

Ee. Vee.

[She darts forward and Bites Boreaum's nearest flipper, hoping to actually cause pain because this is so not worth her time if he's just gonna roll around like a cat toy.]

[Okay that hurt~! OW!

Boreaum's mouth opens in surprise and pain and he turns and hits Hime with a Slam attack with every ounce of strength he has, fully intending to knock her flying. He isn't weak, he's very friendly is all. But you hurt him!

So.

Hope you're ready for the Spheal Hulk!]

[And fly she does, screaming indignantly all the way.]

VEEEEE!

[The things she does for food.]

[And with the target successfully smashed...Boreaum goes back to derping, rolling around to look at Hime and Rei.]

Spheal?

[Hime picks herself up, shaking out her fur a bit so that it's puffy and soft looking again. She has to lick a paw and straighten an unruly lock before looking up at the Trainer.

Food now, right?]

Ee. Eevee.

[faithfulflame]

I don't think so. You've just bitten him once. That's hardly training.

[Rei is so cruel.]

[thunderboltprincess]

[Rei, you're the worst. Do you seriously want her to get beaten up but your blubbery Spheal like this?

Fine.

But now she wants two Poképuffs.]

Vee.

[Quick Attack didn't seem to do anything, and Bite only worked after she applied extra pressure to his flipper. So, she was going to have to go for the flipper again or his face the next time. Take Down would hurt her. What to do.

Guess she'd have to use Bite again.

She darts forward again, coming from the other side and sinks her teeth into his back flipper.]

[faithfulflame]

[Again Boreaum's eyes go wide.

SLAM! comes again! Followed by a Powder Snow! Freeze you little asshole! Stop biting, it hurts!!]

[Annoyed, but sure she has his attention now, Hime uses Baby-Doll Eyes as she slowly gets to her feet, hoping it lowers his attack successfully and shakes her head clear.]

VEE. EE. VEE.

[The Trainer said to do it.]

[It does work a bit, softening the slam. But...the powder snow? No. No it doesn't. That uses special attack and he just spits that out.

And follows it up with a water-gun!]

Spheal!

[Okay, Trainer, she's now cold, wet, and dirty. She got your Spheal to act like a real Pokemon. Can she please stop now?

Also, maybe get dried off too? Her fur is starting to freeze.]

Eevee?

[The air around Hime heats up like a blow-dryer at least, and two Pokepuffs are produced.]

Next time it'll be twice the training.

[thunderboltprincess]

[The little Eevee luxuriates in the heated air, loving that her fur no longer weighs a small ton due to water and snow and ice. Stupid ice types.

But two Poképuffs is more than she was hoping to get, so she's gonna squeak happily. You're okay, Trainer's friend!]
