Fifth Dive | Action/Video
[Action]
[Residents near the park are treated to a frightful crash as a giant green Gogoat smashes his way through the wooden playground equipment with what appears to be a sense of childish glee. Playgrounds really were fun-- and look at all the cool stuff he could do now! Braying with delight, he lowered his head and dug his hoofs into the ground, ready to bash apart those boring old benches--]
Kamo, that's enough!
[Shaking his head to clear his mind and loosen the debris that was starting to stick in his hair, Rei Ryugazaki looked as harried as he sounded. His hyper little Skiddo had only just evolved, and it was clear to anyone watching that the young buck wasn't anywhere close to mellowing out. He rubbed the bridge of his nose with an irritated sigh, hoping that he wouldn't get too many headaches now that they had gotten through the busiest part of the winter season.]
What did I tell you before about how people don't always like to play rough? There are ways to play and not...
[...He didn't even know how to describe the mess that he saw before him, or the mess that Kamo had made of his family's yard, and of his bedroom...
This was why his parents didn't want him to bring Kamo over to the house anymore, among other things. Rei suspected that eating the Salvation day dinner before it even made it to the table had something to do with the decision as well.
Kamo merely regarded his trainer silently, before huffing and shaking bits of snow off his body. They had spoken, but he didn't see how it was any fun!]
...would you feel better if we went for a run? Exams are over, so--
[Rei had no time to finish the sentence. He had Kamo at 'run'.
With an excited bray as reply, Kamo darted down the path at top speed, hooves digging into the icy muck and kicking it up behind him as he dashed off.
At a loss for proper reply, Rei did what came naturally: he took off after the Gogoat, fully aware of the futility of his actions and how he would regret it later.]
Kamo! Come back!

[It's night time when Rei pops onto the feed, with his glasses askew and a panicked look in his eyes.]
Does anyone know how to catch a runaway pokemon? A big one?
[Breathing heavily, he picked a dirty leaf out of his tangled hair and made to wipe the dirt off his face. He only smeared it.]
He's pretty exciteable..and he likes to knock heads to say hello.

[This kind of thing is riiiiight up Kyoko's alley.]
As long as it ain't like, enormous, it shouldn't be a problem.
[And definitely big enough to break things and cause problems.]
[Fire type, yo.]
Any idea where he is? Not a big deal if you don't know, but it'd make my life a bit easier.
[He sighed.]
Honestly, I don't know where he could be at.
[He'll take any help....just, please don't hurt him.]
[Kyoko shrugs. She figured that'd be the case.]
I'll find him. Gotta be somewhere in the city, right?
[Thankfully, she knows her way around the city pretty well by now. Comes with the territory of camping on rooftops and whatnot. Fear not, there's only one thing she's interested in permanently damaging.]
[He knew he had more training to do-- it was why he jogged with his pokemon in the first place, so everyone could be happy. But, this went beyond just physical skills here.]
He's very energetic too, almost like a young Growlithe. That's what the problem is-- who knows what he could get into because he wants to play?

That something? Is the calf of one Rei Ryugazaki. what do?]

Rei had been so single mindedly focused on keeping the trail of his Gogoat that he hadn't been paying attention to anyone else around him. The Mudkip bumped into him, and sent him careeing forward into the dirt with a startled cry.
The ground was hard, cold, but at least he was wearing gloves and a wind breaker. He carefully made to sit up, looking around for the culprit.]
Oww...What was that?

Mud...Kip?

[He blinked, curious about the small creature.]
Hello. What are you doing in the snow, little guy?
no subject
Up Up! Human! You have to go up! And you have to take him with you!]

[He had been hoping to ride on the Gogoat, after all. Even with his sprint times, there was no way he could keep up with a pokemon like that.]

...Do you think I should lay out some warm snacks and a blanket for him, just in case?
no subject
Or hypnosis.

[Gogoats were pretty fast. He was sure his cute Masquerain, the only pokemon on his team who knew either move, couldn't keep up with the hoodlum when she flew at her fastest.]

[He sounds more enthusiastic about this than he probably should, even with the slight scratchiness of his sore throat.]
Like, find a good hiding place, wait for them to come by, then BAM!

I'm assuming you have some experience in this, Felicks-san?
no subject
Yeah, totally!

[action]
The clop of hooves in the distance alerted him to movement, and he decided to go check it out -
only to suddenly be staring down a Gogoat headed Right at him.
He doesn't even think - instead, he pulls the shield off his back, yellow eyes flashing as he yells out-]
King's Shield!
[CLONG.
Before the sound even dies away, Ichigo's two hair hands reach out, grabbing the errant Pokemon's horns and attempts to keep it in place.]
Oi, Oi! What're you doing?!
[Spoken in pokemon, but he's obviously not amused. The hell was that, even?!]
[action]
[The Gogoat, completely unbothered by the notion that this human looking creature could speak his language, pushed forward in an attempt to knock the other guy down. It was dark out, but he didn't want to go back to the habitat that night-- and the human he normally hung around would probably break if they played like this.
This was a rare opportunity! He wanted to take advantage of it!]
[action]
[That was certainly a shove - and one Ichigo didn't take kindly too. Gritting his teeth and getting a better position with his feet, Ichigo roughly shoved back, trying to get the pokemon to back off.]
Where's your trainer?!
[action]
[Because, in Kamo's singularly focused mind, that was what his trainer was going to offer. A race.
Nevermind the fact that most normal humans couldn't hope to keep up with a Gogoat.]
Re: [action]
[He loosens a bit of his grip on the Gogoat's horns, hoping that the other pokemon won't try to knock him down again.]
You shouldn't be out on the streets by yourself - it could be dangerous.
