[During the Soulfasting celebration, Jinxie can be found in Ninetales Vale wearing a hoodie designed to look like a Drifloon, sitting behind a table set up with what looks somewhat like a shell game - three little ceramic decorations designed to look like a Duskull, a Gastly, and a Misdreavus covering up whatever hides underneath.  There's a sign in front that reads 'A WINNER EVERY TIME' with a list of prizes below:

1st Prize: Ghost Pokemon egg of your choice
2nd Prize: Magic charm from the Kurain School
3rd Prize: Pokemon food - special Ghost type blend]

Step up and try your luck!

((OOC: I'm basically just going to randomize for everyone who comes up to play.  It won't exactly be a shell game so much as 'pick one and get the prize written on the piece of paper hidden underneath' for ease of threading.))

This one is a Hex charm, this one is a Barrier charm, this one is a Curse charm, and this one is a Confusion charm.

I'm so sorry I swear every single one of my characters have asked this they're no fun xD

Huh.

[She looks them over.]

Do they actually work?

[somnambulatory]

Uh huh. You just concentrate on the charm and throw it into the air.

[worldmother]

[She looks at one, turning it over.]

But it's a piece of paper.

[Elly you're really no fun.]

[somnambulatory]

It really does work, I promise.

[worldmother]

If you say so, I believe you.

[Maybe.]

[somnambulatory]

Do you want a demonstration, maybe?

It wouldn't hurt.

[Jinxie draws a similar looking charm out from the inside of her robe with a quick flick of the wrist, deftly tossing it into the air. The symbol on her forehead glows for a moment in time with the charm, and then it disappears in a brief shower of light. Jinxie reaches out with her hand to poke at the air, causing a translucent shimmer to ripple through the space between the two of them.]

...This one is the Barrier charm.

[worldmother]

Whoa!

[She wasn't actually expecting that, and jumps back a little. Hesitantly, she tries to poke at it as well.]

Huh. That is useful.

[somnambulatory]

It's my Enlightened talent.

[Jinxie smiles, standing up a little straighter at that. She trained hard for this.]

I can use them anytime I want. Enchanting them for other people is a little bit harder, but I try to make as many as I can. All you have to do is concentrate on it and throw it into the air like I did. There's only enough power in there for it to work once, though, so make sure you save it for a time when it's really important.
