Who: Usagi Tsukino, Ami Mizuno, Rei Hino, Makoto Kino, Minako Aino and any party crashers that may just so happen to be near the beach *cough*~~The outer senshi~~*cough*
Where: Beachside, south of Union!
What: Wouldn't you guess, it's Ami's birthday! Usagi's taken the time to set up a birthday camp expedition to the beach with food, swimming and games to show a certain book worm how birthdays should really be ~~according to her mantra~~.
Warnings: You've got the usual senshi shenanigans with a dash of the Body Swap event mixed in. Sounds like a hilarious episode, doesn't it?

[ Thanks to a little birdie ~~one Rei Hino~~, it was up to Usagi to come up with the best birthday she could in what little time she had. And after careful consideration for who this birthday was for, Usagi could only come up with nothing but beach fun! It was still warm enough that swimming wouldn't get any of them sick, but it was cool enough that they wouldn't die of heat.

So, with friends, pokemon, food and camping gear in tow, it's time for the best birthday that ~~Usagi hoped~~ would be the best birthday Ami would ever have! ]

ooc: So, since this log is pretty simple, it's only going to be separated by Friday and Saturday (for obvious reasons). Friday might have more in terms of playing around, helping ~~Mako-chan~~ with the food or pokemon shenanigans but otherwise, have fun! It's not every day one turns 17 after all. ;D Also, don't be surprised if threadjacking happens? A whole bunch of teenage girls in one place.. it's only natural that everyone is in each others' business... ~~unless you state that you don't want thread jacking. that's fine too!~~

Those are cute pajamas.

[ However they might look. Haruka's just going to stall for time until she figures out which one of the other girls you are. Probably not Ami or Rei, they don't seem like the screaming type. She doesn't know Makoto well enough to be sure...

That just leaves Usagi and Minako, and well, between them...it's a tossup. ]

What do my pajamas have to do with anything???

[She was pretty freaked out, okay? Don't pick on her! One thing in her favor, though, was that she wasn't crying outright... not, yet. Usagi was faster on the tears.

Speaking of pajamas...]

Oh no! What am I going to wear home? I'm a boy! All I have are my bathing suit and my dress! [She looked down. Her pajamas were pants... that could work.]

[ This is the part where a considerate, selfless soul would point out that in her usual body, Haruka prefers pants, and therefore has a (limited) selection of male clothing available for people in this predicament.

Yup, it sure is. ]

Is everyone else affected, too?

[She blinked, pulled out of the panic for a moment.]

I... [She looked around.] Huh. I guess so. [Some people looked like they were there from yesterday, but they looked... off. And there were several new faces.

Behind her, a curious Eevee poked his head out, followed by a Starly. Aron was still asleep. Somehow, he'd missed all the yelling.]

[ Okay, Eevee. That makes you Minako. "Michiru" scratches her head, rumpling up that ponytail. It's not a bad look, just...boyish. ]

Union's got it too. Check your powers - they might be different.

[ And still no damns were given about the prospect of (biological) men in skirts. ]

Powers?

[She looked confused for a moment.]

Oh... [She shook her head.] No. I'm not... I don't have those. [At least, not that she knew of, yet. Usagi had gotten new powers recently, so she guessed it was possible at some point...]

[ Oh. Whoops. Most of the people Haruka knows are Enlightened. ]

...Sorry. I shouldn't have presumed. [ Then again, maybe this guy you look like has some...? She's only just beginning to realize how incredibly problematic - and destructive - this incident could become. People who aren't usually Enlightened suddenly gaining powers. Enlightened unable to properly handle the wrong powers.

Why isn't she feeling anything more ominous? This can't be just an innocuous - prank!

[ The Eevee. But that would be telling. Fortunately, this body does a damn fine mysterious smile. ]

Maybe appearances can't hide your charm.

Ah- [BLUSH] They can't?

[ This smile says so, anyway. ]

Everyone else'll be waking up soon. Can I count on you to help them?

[She wanted her help?]

Ah-! Mm! Yes.

[She nodded sharply, a determined look on her face.]

[ Haruka grins. You're a very good helper! ]

Make sure your Pokémon understand. We'll go from there.

[ And to seal the deal - well. This face doesn't work as well with Michiru's features, but she's trying. ~~what are your thoughts on femmes~~ ]

It'll be all right, Skitty.

You really think so?

[ You don't want to know what she really thinks. That's her burden.

But hey, the flowers cleared up on their own last spring when all of Union was spontaneously covered in them, so who knows? ]

[There was a beat, and then she focused, completely different.]

Mm. [Nod.] Okay.

We'll regroup later.

[ And off she goes, confident that Minako will...try....to weather this. She'd better go see if everybody else is in the wrong bodies too, though. ]

[She nodded.]

Okay.

[She went back into her tent for a moment, but then remembered what she had to wear. She wasn't sure if whoever she was would appreciate that, so she just stayed in her pajamas for now.]
