Who: Usagi Tsukino, Ami Mizuno, Rei Hino, Makoto Kino, Minako Aino and any party crashers that may just so happen to be near the beach *cough*The outer senshi*cough*
Where: Beachside, south of Union!
What: Wouldn't you guess, it's Ami's birthday! Usagi's taken the time to set up a birthday camp expedition to the beach with food, swimming and games to show a certain book worm how birthdays should really be according to her mantra.
Warnings: You've got the usual senshi shenanigans with a dash of the Body Swap event mixed in. Sounds like a hilarious episode, doesn't it?




[ Thanks to a little birdie one Rei Hino, it was up to Usagi to come up with the best birthday she could in what little time she had. And after careful consideration for who this birthday was for, Usagi could only come up with nothing but beach fun! It was still warm enough that swimming wouldn't get any of them sick, but it was cool enough that they wouldn't die of heat.

So, with friends, pokemon, food and camping gear in tow, it's time for the best birthday that Usagi hoped would be the best birthday Ami would ever have! ]

ooc: So, since this log is pretty simple, it's only going to be separated by Friday and Saturday (for obvious reasons). Friday might have more in terms of playing around, helping Mako-chan with the food or pokemon shenanigans but otherwise, have fun! It's not every day one turns 17 after all. ;D Also, don't be surprised if threadjacking happens? A whole bunch of teenage girls in one place.. it's only natural that everyone is in each others' business... unless you state that you don't want thread jacking. that's fine too!

[ Someone else came with them? ... Wait a second. Upon further inspection, Usagi vaguely remembers seeing this woman back stage during the Theater contest! Ah! This was what she looked like, up close? UWAAAAH! She's so pretty!

What was up with all these people being pretty / elegant / amazing? Gosh. ]

Hello! I'm Usagi! [ And without even a thought, she reaches her hand out to Setsuna for a hand shake. ]

[ .....Look at that. You'd never guess they were putting these people out by having the same idea and grabbing the same patch of beach. Haruka looks over at her other companions as Usagi greets Setsuna. ]

They've got this spot staked out. We'll have to move down further.

[ Unless, y'know. They really wanted to crash this party.

She's in if you guys are. It might be funny. ]

[ Hotaru grimaces at that. She had already chosen out the perfect spot for her own tent for the night - which she may or may not be sharing with Setsuna, but is defs not sharing with Haruka and Michiru.

Either way, her tone's just the tiniest bit harsh as she speaks. ] Do we have to? [ What she wants to say, but doesn't: "You know we were here first." ]

[ At first, Usagi looks a little disappointed that it sounds like they're going to go off on their own -- Hotaru's off handed comment almost clinches it for her, but it's when Michiru offers to stay that she perks up immediately.

They hadn't planned on any more people or pokemon to come, but... ]

Yeah! We're celebrating my friend Ami's birthday today since we couldn't do it during the week! You're welcome to join us for as long as you'd like!

[ Can anyone really say no to this elated face, because Usagi is really happy right now. ]
