Bright sun, warm sands, rolling waves, the tropical island was the place to be. With the new port making travel out much easier, the island was seeing a surge in tourism. Something about fighting giant fiery gods must have made people eager to jump into the water and relax.

Fair enough. I guess Hyozan...since he's literally made of ice, just refreezes himself in this sun. He's been fine all over the island, anyway.

That makes sense. Abomasnow is grass-ice, though, so it's a little harder for him to maintain it by himself.

Yeah, I guess I can see that. Though...you'd think he'd like the sun, to help him grow.

He does like sunny weather, just not suuuper hot weather. And I'm not super good with grass types, so I wanna be careful...

I...wouldn't know? I don't have a grass type. Though I probably should try and bond one at some point.

I actually have two... but none that are just grass. I found a little deerling once.

Come to think of it, they're both a bit goofy.

Well, I bonded with my deerling ooooonly after a game of hide-and-seek that ended with her getting spooked and climbing a tree.

Did you do that, then? [She grins] On purpose?

Really! We were talking about spooky tricks and pranks, and she wanted to see.

Man.. I can't believe how long ago it was, now.

I just remember she scampered up that tree so fast she looked like she was trying to be a spinarak.

I know the feeling. Feels like it's been decades since I met Gouken and Uzushio. And Zedd too, but he's still newer than those two.
