Where: The Tropical Island
What: The end of summer is quickly approaching, get your last bit of summer fun in now!
Warnings: Beach episode shenanigans.

Bright sun, warm sands, rolling waves, the tropical island was the place to be. With the new port making travel out much easier, the island was seeing a surge in tourism. Something about fighting giant fiery gods must have made people eager to jump into the water and relax.

[ GASP! HE'S GONNA WADDLE AND HE'S GONNA CATCH IT CATCH IT CATCH IT----

AWWW YEAAH!!! Listen to this ludicolo jump around in excitement--NO BALL WHERE ARE YOU GOING COME BACK IT'S ROLLING AWAY. ]

[Oh nooooo Ludicolo run or it's going to float away!]

[ no no no no no--

INTO THE WATER THEY BOTH GO. Except... that's just making it get pushed further each time he tries grabbing it!

Blue steps into the view chuckling to herself, maybe more obvious when she shouts out- ]

Get under it and knock it over, Helvo!

[ !!! good idea! Let him do that!! And so, under the water he gooooes....

[It's so hard to try not to laugh, but Lux manages to hold it in out of politeness. Hearing the voice, however, Lux assumes its the Pokemon's trainer and turns as the ball goes soaring into the air toward Blue.]

Incoming!

[ No worries, Blue's got her arms out ready to catch it! And she does with a small sound when it hits her hands, the ludicolo coming out with jolly sounds from the water and giving himself a wobbling shake to get off all the water.

Blue takes aim of the ball, towards Lux. ]

Catch!

[ And she throws! ]

[So that must have been its human. Smiling, she jumps up and snags the ball out of the air. Despite being a total book worm, she does have a bit of athleticism in her too.]

Nice throw!

Thanks! I've got to keep in shape with everyone else, of course!

[ Okay, Helvola the ludicolo is now okay!! Yeah!! ]

Did you need more partners for your game? I think a few of mine wouldn't mind joining it. [ she motions to the ludicolo ] You've got Helvola here at least.

I do. I had one, but--

[She looks over her shoulder at a very red grump under an umbrella.]

He decided to take a break.

Oh? [ She'd look herself, but a small casual attempt doesn't really work (though she does see some red...) ]

Well, no problem! Let me go and ask... [ And she looks behind her own shoulder, searching until- ] Two more!

[ And let her ask from where she stands! She whistles out, waving an arm following it. ] Sola! Teal!

[ The two near to the water turn with attention, and then come after a look at each other at the further- ] Do you want to play a game? We've got a ball!

[ They're intrigued enough to come over. And when they do Blue smiles back to Lux, again motioning a hand to the espeon and the metagross that's come over. ]

Sola and Teal. They don't have hands like Helvola and us, but let's see what we can do, huh?
