Warnings: Beach episode shenanigans.

Bright sun, warm sands, rolling waves, the tropical island was the place to be. With the new port making travel out much easier, the island was seeing a surge in tourism. Something about fighting giant fiery gods must have made people eager to jump into the water and relax.

And then they can activate it by leaning over and bumping their head into the ground.

And that's why I'm the one in charge.

What if we designed Warp Bands that Pokemon could wear? And then... maybe we could get it to work on people, even.

It doesn't seem fair that we're always ordering them around.

[A life spent being looked after in the Habitat doesn't sound too bad, either.]

That would be weird.

...I think this Band is weird in the first place. They keep making it do more and more things so quickly.

Are all Pokemon as smart as the ones we have for friends? I know sometimes people think Magikarp can be a little dull...

Gyarados are gilly smart, though!

I guess nobody would eat a Gyarados.

People seem to be more OK with killing fish Pokemon in general, though.

That's because they're delicious.

You can't just kill the things that taste good. ...That's... That's some kind of discrimination.

But Pokemon kill and eat each other in the wild all the time.

Well, I don't think they pick out the ones that taste the best.

Um. Well. At least, I guess they probably aren't that picky...

Sure they do. Even Pokemon like to eat stuff that tastes good. I'd much rather eat a Krabby than a Feebas.

Corphish, Clauncher, Krabby, Basculin, and... that's about it, really.

And does it look like any of them are dying out or anything?
