2nd Dream [Video/Action]

[The camera rattles a bit as Yuuna adjusts it, though the first visible thing is a screenful of glittering ice that gradually pans out to show a Pokemon's face. It wobbles a bit more, and then there's Yuuna, standing in the shadow of this gigantic creature. She's grinning ear to ear, but there's a hint of embarrassment in her voice when she speaks up.]

So...my Bergmite evolved. I didn't know he was going to get so big, though, and while he's certainly an impressive sight I was sort of wondering if anyone had advice for caring for a Pokemon this large.

[She reaches up, running a hand along it's cheek, the big guy replying with a somewhat subdued Luuugggg.]

I mean, I don't think it'll be difficult since Hyozan's a real sweetie, but he seems to be having trouble adjusting to his new size. He was pretty bad about crashing into stuff before, but that was when he was little. Now he's...well...clearly not so small, and I don't want him hurting anyone on accident. So, uh, suggestions would be great.

[She looks up at the big guy one more time, smiling with obvious affection. He may be an enormous ice block with eyes, and a hazard when he's not careful, but he's still a valued friend. After another moment, her gaze snaps back to the camera and she adds.]

Oh and this is sort of related. My Hariyama Hiroshi evolved too, and I don't want him to feel left out, so I thought I'd share. He's kinda been grouchy and jealous since he's kind of literally is overshadowed by Hyozan, so if you happen to run into us could you do me a favor and congratulate him? I think he'd appreciate it.

Anywho...yeah, I think that's about it. If anyone needs me, I think we'll be down by the lake resting and getting ready for most of the day. Then we're heading towards Citadel.

[With a wave, the feed closes down.]

Action

[Early in the day, anyone outside Union could hardly fail to miss the stomping sound of feet as a walking iceberg meanders by, a heavy duty blanket laid out over it's back. Atop the creature is Yuuna and the vast majority of her team, though a Hariyama and Hitmonchan are running along beside it, racing or training or something.

And as the afternoon hits, completely true to her word, Yuuna and her team are down by the lake shrine, just sort of hanging out. The human herself is laying out in the sun, head resting in her arms as she looks up at the sky, while her glacial titan has taken to Lillipup-Paddling around the lake, several unfortunate Magikarp caught in the wake he leaves behind. Zedd seems to have broken it's habit of orbiting it's trainer, but the Magneton is not too far off juggling several small steel balls by spinning magnetic appendages around it's body.

The green-eyed Hariyama is off in the shade, practicing it's hand-slaps against a boulder, while the rest of her Pokemon are scampering around playing. A little Larvitar seems to be chasing the newest member of the group, a small Golett, around the lake shore but who can say really? The ghost-type may just be humoring him. Gouken the Hitmonchan punches a bag held up by a Poliwhirl, though, a serious expression on his face. He's not good at laying off from training at all and never has been.

A relaxing day, really, and one she wouldn't mind sharing with other humans.]

[She rolls her eyes, sighs, and exhales again.]

Just...think next time, okay?

Sorry, I'll try to be a little more careful next time. Uh, hey, look over there! [Change of subject ahhhh he doesn't want to have her mad at him

It looks like Machop is asking Gouken for a match.]

Speaking of which, looks like they can't get enough of it either.

[She turns and eyes the two pokemon. Hitmonchan seems to be shrugging, accepting but...not really thrilled.]

They get like that yeah. Today was supposed to be relaxing before the trip though. I guess that may be how they relax.

"Yeah, I guess so. I like training just add much add the next person, but even I like to lay around and relax when I want to wind down. Beating my body doesn't seem like a good idea. I know there's a few that like to do that. I hope Machop didn't get into that habit."

"Well, maybe we should stop them if it gets too rough," Yuuna comments. "Training is one thing, but with the trip coming up I don't want Hitmonchan too tired."

"Yeah," he responds. It probably was a good idea. "The journey out to Citadel might be a little dangerous. Let's head over there and see if we can convince them to do something else."

He'll encourage training and all- but heading into dangerous territory being all worn out isn't a good idea.

"Yeah, maybe something more relaxing." She grins and scoops up a handful of frost from avaluggs back and balls it up. "Hyozan, make more snow..."

He grins and catches on to the idea. Balling up his own bit of snow, he preps it as they get closer to the fighting pokémon getting ready on the shore. Taking good aim, Goku lets the snowball fly right at his Machop, nailing him right in the head.

"Gotcha!" And proceeds to laugh, almost like a challenge for Machop to get revenge.

Yuuna follows suit, a snowball smacking Hitmonchan square across the face, splattering powder everywhere. She laughs at the two as suddenly their eyes go wide...and snow begins to fall all around them. Scooping up more, she begins to ball it up.

"Don't just stand there guys! Get them!"

At which point, all of her Pokemon begin to start doing just that, turning the bright summer afternoon into a snowball fight!

He's trying to dodge snowballs being flung back at him from atop the Avalugg, laughing and firing back his own set of snowballs. Sliding off the back of the pokémon, he runs, scooping up snow and throwing it at anything that's a convenient target. He does get nailed in the face a few times, with another few well aimed snowballs smacking him in the chest and legs, leaving him a snow covered mess.

"So that's how you want to play it? Hahahaha!" He's going all out, especially on the fighting types.

Yuuna drops down low, using the big Pokemon for cover and hurling ball after ball at the two fighters, and...just for good measure, one right into the back of Hariyama's head. He's been a grump lately, and needs to chill out.

"Haha! Can't get me!"

She rolls over to dodge an incoming missile, and right into another one.

"Pleahhhh" is all she can say as the powder snow sticks in her mouth.

He's not sure about her pokemon but Machop sure is gunning for Goku now. Snowballs are being flung at high speeds and he's doing his best to dodge and return fire. Though in Goku's fervor, he might be accidentally hitting Hariyama too- so he's indirectly helping Yuuna to get the pokemon to chill out, literally.

While all this is going on, though, Avalugg is chuckling to himself, a great rumbling sound like two glaciers colliding. He decides to enter the fray after a moment by spitting out balls of powder at each pokemon in turn...and several more at Goku. Hope you don't mind being a snowman in July!

He's still giggling as he's warring on with the other pokemon, when BLAP. BLAP BLAP BLAP BLAP BLAP.

Before Goku knows it, he really is a snowman. Covered in snow from head to toe, and even starting to shiver a little from the cold, he's a textbook Frosty. And it's the kind of snow that packs really well, so it's not just falling off of him either, even when he tries to shake it off.

Turning in the direction that the snowballs hit him from, all he sees is Avalugg, and laughs. A sneak attack, he should of saw that coming. But the distraction now opens a direct hit from another snowball at his head, knocking him flat on his butt. But who threw it? Machop? Hariyama?

It's neither. Hitmonchan has finally entered the game, and he is chucking snowballs like it's his job. One after the other, with a lot of power. No games! This is totally training.

"Everyone, get Gouken!" Yuuna shouts, beginning to pelt Mr serious with powder.

Goku doesn't need to be told twice. Shaking off as much snow as he can, he moves quickly so he doesn't get pelted again. He can see the culprit to the snowball to his head, and starts letting snowballs fly as fast as he can, speed picking up dramatically. If he's going to use some muscle, so will Goku!

"Hah! Take this! Heheheheheheheeeee!"

He takes his lumps as well as anyone there, and returns fire! It's starting to get a bit heated on his end though, and that's when Yuuna decides it's time to end it.

Through the warp band, Uzushio the Poliwhirl gets a silent command to make some mischief...and he begins to dance.

The sky immediately begins to turn black...and all that snow? Is washed away by freezing cold rain!

"Yaaaah!" That's cold rain, and now he's really cold even as the snow is washed off of him. Now he's wet...

"Well, looks like the fun's over, huh?" He looks over to the pokemon he was snow battling with. Guess they'll just have to wait for next time to finish their little snow fight.

With a devilish grin, Yuuna waves her hand and calls off Poliwhirl, the rain subsiding as she hops off Hyozan and lands on the beach.

"Well if you're cold, the water is warm enough for a good swim."

Except? It really, really isn't. The Avalugg in the lake had cooled it just a bit, putting it just below her own personal comfort-level anyway.

"Oh man, make way!" He's taking Yuuna's word for it, and he jumps right in with a splash.

"WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!! This water's FREEZING!!!!"

Jumping back out of it with arms huddled around him, teeth chattering, he runs back onto the shore.

Yuuna cackles, falling down onto her butt she's laughing so hard. Totally got you, Goku! So, totally got you! A prank in revenge for the insult maybe? Or is it just a regular prank!

"Haha! You...the...haha, the look on your face! I can't believe you...snerk...fell for that one!"

"You said it was warm!" He whines, feeling like a fool that he'd been tricked. Poor Goku, look at him shiver!

"That's the joke, silly!" she laughs and tosses him a dry towel and a sack with of a spare martial arts uniform. It's meant for Hitmonchan, but it should be about the right size. "Go over behind that rock and dry off a bit and get changed, goof."

Catching the items, he books it right behind the rock. Clothes fly up everywhere as he rips them off, and starts drying himself off. Soon, he walks out in the spare clothes, tying the belt as he walks out.

"Well, I can't say these don't look pretty sharp!" Not too tight in the shoulders, and not giving him a wedgie, so that's good. "I like the colors too. Mind if I keep this?"

"I don't mind at all. Master Yashio would not mind more advertising, either." Yuuna laughs. They really were about the right size, too, which was somewhat unsurprising. "You should stop by sometime."
