[It's been a while since Luke has made a post, kind of odd when he'd made them so frequently before. Most of it had to do with him not being able to shift back from his recently Enlightened Fennekin form, and dealing with all the drama that came with that. He and Asch had gotten back from he mountain in their shifted forms and only their family had known about it for a while. It had been a struggle, and all the while Luke had been away from his Pokemon but now... he remembered what he'd wanted to ask the network!]

[So he comes on the screen looking a little frazzled. His hair looks a little poofier than normal but that isn't what he's upset about. He lifts an egg up on screen and pouts.]

Hey! I got this thing from the --[He tries not to smirk, mature that he is,] Breeding Center, but it's really starting to shake and move and stuff! That means it's hatching, right? What do I--!

[The egg leaps in his hands and starts to glow.]

Guys! GUYS! What do I do?!

B Action;

[Much later, Luke's Flareon Mieu can be seen running around with a Fennekin in the park, every so often going to check on the little Bulbasaur sleeping in the grass nearby. The Fennekin has green eyes, but otherwise he seems totally normal, even if a Fennekin is quite rare in these parts. Finally they calm down from their racing, and Mieu returns to check on Bulbasaur while the Fennekin hops up on a table to observe the area, ears tipped back.]

[The Fennekin sniffs at the air before... making a face and scrambling back from the edge of the table, yipping down at it noisily. What a stench! Luke hasn't mastered speaking human words in this form so to Usagi it just seems like he's barking and yipping down at the Grass Type.]

Hey! Get away, ugly, you smell!

[ For a moment, Turnip stops walking and stares dopily at the barking Fennekin, regarding him curiously before sniffing himself. Smell? Ugly? He was the best flower hide and seeker ever! There was no way he was talking about the amazing Turnip! Regardless, the yipping has caught Usagi's attention and she looks over to see that Turnip has....

sigh... he probably really smells again. it's always like that when they go out, so she starts heading over with her hands on her hips. ]

Turnip! Come on, what are you doing? [ But, now that she's closer, she's got a better view of the Fennekin that's causing a fuss. ] Oh my gosh! What a cutie-pie!

[He makes almost as bad a face when he sees Usagi with the Gloom. Gross, it's that ugly girl... He yips at her, trying to sound angry but that's difficult when you're a tiny adorable starter Pokemon.]

[Luke just huffs, privately glad that Usagi (probably) hasn't see Mieu since he evolved into a Flareon, so she won't know who he is. The Flareon in question comes over from checking on the tiny Bulbasaur and spots the bigger Bulbasaur. He's pleasantly surprised to see another of the baby's type, so he asks:]

{Could you help me, maybe? That'd be great!}

[ SQUEAL! Usagi can't seem to help herself and immediately sits herself down at the table the Fennekin and props her excited face in her hands. ]

You are just so cute! Oh, I wish I could take you home! [ At first, Niku peers warily at the Flareon that's asking for help before looking up at his new human that seems quite enamored with the precious little Fennekin that really does look too adorable for words.

Well, it didn't seem to both her too much so he steps forward and gives a small nod. ]

Bulba. Bulbasaur? (Sure. Help with what?)

[Mieu looks excited right away, bringing Nikku over to the baby Bulbasaur all curled up in the grass.]

{He just hatched! Will you help me look after him?}

[Luke whines a little, sitting on the table and huffing snubbing Usagi's attempts to flatter him.]

{Stupid ugly hag...}

I can do that! Taking care of babies is easy! [ Awwww. Niku looks down at the bitty bulbasaur and sits down on his haunches close to the baby, waiting to see when it'll wake up.

Because, oh man, is he going to teach the little guy a thing or two! ]

Gosh, what's up with you, little guy? [ NOPE. Usagi's not giving up... at least, not for now anyway. ] Are you constipated or something?
