5th Resonance ♙ Video;

[It's been a while since Luke has made a post, kind of odd when he'd made them so frequently before. Most of it had to do with him not being able to shift back from his recently Enlightened Fennekin form, and dealing with all the drama that came with that. He and Asch had gotten back from he mountain in their shifted forms and only their family had known about it for a while. It had been a struggle, and all the while Luke had been away from his Pokemon but now... he remembered what he'd wanted to ask the network!]
[So he comes on the screen looking a little frazzled. His hair looks a little poofier than normal but that isn't what he's upset about. He lifts an egg up on screen and pouts.]
Hey! I got this thing from the --[He tries not to smirk, mature that he is,] Breeding Center, but it's really starting to shake and move and stuff! That means it's hatching, right? What do I--!
[The egg leaps in his hands and starts to glow.]
Guys! GUYS! What do I do?!
B Action;
[Much later, Luke's Flareon Mieu can be seen running around with a Fennekin in the park, every so often going to check on the little Bulbasaur sleeping in the grass nearby. The Fennekin has green eyes, but otherwise he seems totally normal, even if a Fennekin is quite rare in these parts. Finally they calm down from their racing, and Mieu returns to check on Bulbasaur while the Fennekin hops up on a table to observe the area, ears tipped back.]

Of course, that advice only applies to eggs that hatch Pokemon within a certain size range. If it was an Onix egg instead of a Bulbasaur egg, I'd tell you to run outside while you prayed to the gods that you made it out there before it hatched.

[The egg shakes again and Luke scrambles off his bed to put the egg on the low round table he has in his room, shoving off his diary and other things. This low to the ground, Peter can see how messy his room is. Even with maids, the redhead seems to manage that.]
What happens when it hatches? Is it messy? I don't want it to get on my stuff!

You see how the glow is similar to when a Pokemon evolves? Basically the same thing, it'll just form into a Level 1 Bulbasaur. No muss, no fuss.
[Privately, Peter wasn't sure Luke would even notice if it caused a mess, but now wasn't the time to bring that up.]

So just like when Mieu evolved, okay...
[He sits in font of the egg and pulled his hands away, looking very serious and worried. The Flareon in question, Mieu, comes out from under the table to sit on Luke's lap and watch too, his ears down. They both jump when the egg bounces again and finally the light begins to dim, revealing a tiny Bulbasaur on the table. It blinks up at the camera, at Luke, before yawning. The redhead slowly calms down.]
Wow... So that's how it works huh...
ACTION; because why not
It's a nice day outside. And nice days outside mean walks and snacks and free roaming until dinner time! Usagi doesn't seem to notice the Fennekin that's made a table its look out perch, but her pokemon have....
Cue the Gloom separating itself from the group and waddling on over to where they are... because being friends! Why not. ]

sigh... he probably really smells again. it's always like that when they go out, so she starts heading over with her hands on her hips. ]
Turnip! Come on, what are you doing? [ But, now that she's closer, she's got a better view of the Fennekin that's causing a fuss. ] Oh my gosh! What a cutie-pie!

[Luke just huffs, privately glad that Usagi (probably) hasn't see Mieu since he evolved into a Flareon, so she won't know who he is. The Flareon in question comes over from checking on the tiny Bulbasaur and spots the bigger Bulbasaur. He's pleasantly surprised to see another of the baby's type, so he asks:]
{Could you help me, maybe? That'd be great!}

You are just so cute! Oh, I wish I could take you home! [ At first, Niku peers warily at the Flareon that's asking for help before looking up at his new human that seems quite enamored with the precious little Fennekin that really does look too adorable for words.
Well, it didn't seem to both her too much so he steps forward and gives a small nod. ]
Bulba. Bulbasaur? (Sure. Help with what?)

[Luke whines a little, sitting on the table and huffing snubbing Usagi's attempts to flatter him.]

Gosh, what's up with you, little guy? [ NOPE. Usagi's not giving up... at least, not for now anyway. ] Are you constipated or something?

Oh, it's a Bulbasaur egg. Set it down somewhere comfortable and get some berries ready to feed the baby Bulbasaur.

Are any of them around for you to ask where the food is kept? I think it would be in your best interest to learn.

Start by making sure there's a place for the pokemon to hatch. An open space where you can watch it.
[She grins.]
Then basically all you have to do is watch the magic happen. Once that's done? A blanket would probably be good, so the new pokemon doesn't get cold.

[Wow, what a good environment for a baby. Luke sets it on a pillow and watches as it glows and twitches. He's mostly been leaving this thing alone with Mieu to keep it warm, so he honestly has no idea how to handle this.]

[He takes Luke by the shoulder and half holds him still. Things are different when they are alone.. Asch handles himself far more maturely when no one is looking, oddly enough. Raising his brow to his twin-] Just calm down, you're eggs gonna be fine.

[Without them noticing, the egg is finally hatching! With a flash of light, a tiny baby Bulbasaur rolls onto the bed with a yawn, wiggling his little legs up while he tries to right himself.]
