[The Fletchling looks at Arado. The purple-haired young man is staring at the transmitter that he is cradling in his hand, with his Fletchling floating by his head. He hasn't used something like this so freely before and he's a little amazed. Part of him wants to throw it, to see if he'll get in trouble.]

[He refrains. Barely.]

Hi, wonderful and amazing people of Union! Your city's named after a word! It's pretty lucky, if you ask me. What's Union about? It's about... uh... unionery! Yeah, totally.

[NAILED IT.]

Anyways, my name is Arado. And I guess there's things I'm supposed to tell you and they're important or something but priorities, guys! 'Cause...

[His stomach rumbles. Audibly. The feed shakes a little.]

I'm pretty hungry.

[Tiki coughs a little awkwardly at this point.]

Well, then. I shall bring some food, as promised. ...Where are you now?

[New to Union and not sure how to describe where he is. After a pause, he rotates his warp band around slowly to just show the surroundings off.]

[He's in one of the residential districts, along a main avenue.]

That help? I'm still getting a feel for the lay of the land!

[Tiki has only lived here a few months, but...]

I... believe I know about where that is. I'll try to be by shortly.

Awright! I'll be right here, waiting!

[thedivinevoice]

[Arado might be waiting a while, given that Tiki has to find food and then puzzle out wherever it is that he is. She'll appear nearby around a half hour later with a basket, wandering around with a slight look of confusion.]

[It takes Arado a second to recognize Tiki, but he brightens when he does (as if he could brighten more) and waves his hand.]

Hey! Over here!

[thedivinevoice]

Ah -

[She's fairly tall in person, and her clothing is definitely a bit out of the ordinary for Union. Tiki will offer the basket to Arado as she approaches.]

This is for you. ...I'm afraid there may not be as much meat as you might prefer.

[wildflight]

[He takes the basket eagerly and opens it up. His eyes light up when he does, and he looks up at Tiki to grin at her.]

This is amazing! Holy crap, thank you so much!

[thedivinevoice]

[Too much energy makes Tiki even more drowsy somehow. She will offer a faint smile in return.]

I cannot provide charity indefinitely, but as you haven't been able to search for a job yet...

I'll have to find one! Maybe I'll be some kinda awesome adventurer guy thing person!

[He grins and nods at her, before he crosses his arms.]
