It has come to my attention.
[The feed is of Garen, in his office, wearing his uniform and looking like a million dollars; everything that needs polished is, not a hair out of place, crisply pressed--the works.
However off setting this is his expression. It is flat. It is neutral. It is...clearly hiding emotions underneath. As always, his first Pokémon--now a Doublade hovers over his right shoulder, and flanking his left is his Magneton.]
That perhaps I need to reintroduce myself. I am not one for public speaking but I also feel that I need to apologize, and inform.
My name is Garen Crownguard, Sword of the Savior. My family name if not familiar to you need not have any weight, nor should my rank within the Swords need to be expressly stated; for we are all citizens of Union.
[He folds his hands together on his desk, and glances down at them a moment before looking up again.]
That being said, I need all of the current members of the Swords to message me privately--I wish to review some recent activity, and talk about our plans going forward for the sake of Union's well-being. As for apologizing, as we do represent Union itself each time we are in public, let me apologize on behalf of the entire Swords of the Savior for our conduct recently. We will make swift amends.
I would also like to discourage the alarming number of hints I see that we are harboring vigilantes. While I can admit our laws may not always seem to serve your interests, and I will receive a formal complaint if you wish to submit them, our laws exist for a reason. I can not condone seeking your own version of justice because if you are not operating by a set of rules then you are capable of anything--including corruption.

[Hair braided back neatly, uniform off and enjoying one of the few days they've finally have to themselves in his nightwear. Asch would never have a video call normally this casual but he's unaware.]

In the very short time you two have joined our ranks, complaints have been received on numerous occasions, citing "poor conduct", "improper use of station", and more still. The citizens of Union are asking for your removal, to put it shortly. How should we resolve this?

What Asch doesn't remember is all the times he's been a complete asshole towards bystanders, that just seems normal to him.. Honestly, both of them would work better apart or with supervision.

Who your father is...is frankly irrelevant. Luke, I'm being told you're a spoiled brat, and that is one of the nicer definitions I've heard.
Asch, you're too harsh, too brief for those around you, especially normal citizens.
Both of you. How we are judged is effected by how you act. Where you go later in life will be determined largely by how you do here.

My brother isn't skilled enough to be a Sword but I am. Put him with Hans, let him pacify my brother, I'd like a real assignment and maybe then I'd act my role.

I'm attempting to treat you two like responsible adults and include you on what is happening and what should be done.
[These two are...something. What they are, Garen isn't sure yet, but he does know it's going to be difficult to turn them into proper Swords.]
I'm glad your cousin thinks you do a good job, and perhaps you do. We can not have loose canons, or people that do as they please however. [a beat] As for real assignments. If I can't trust you to handle a patrol without problems, can I trust you with people's lives?
Noblesse Oblige. Since I am sure your lessons magically forgot to include that word, I'll define it in simple terms; Nobility Obliges. Those in power should act like it. That means setting an example, acting responsibly, not abusing said power for personal gain. It is been decided you two will not patrol together, but you are being placed under a temporary observation period where it will be determined if you are acting accordingly. I'm not expecting overnight change, but at least attempt to act responsibly.

[As for the other things, Asch doesn't really take criticism. You can file that under selective hearing because he didn't really listen otherwise. Point is, he's pleased to know Luke will be escorted around by someone else now..]
Luke, just give it up. You can't get everyone's approval, deal with the fact that no one cares on your own time. [Asch does his own thing, whether Luke is around or not.. perhaps it's just easier for him.
