[When the video comes on, Jinxie's already glancing back and forth like she's about to say something super secret and important.  She sort of is, but it's also pretty benign on the whole.]

Um... so, you know how usually when people have babies, there's a party for the parents to invite their friends and celebrate?  Has anyone ever done something like that for their Pokemon?  I know the breeding center just handles all the eggs and everything, but... what if the mother and the father are two Pokemon you've known for years, and are more like friends of the family?  Would it be silly to have a party to celebrate?  Do you think anyone would want to go to a party like that?

[This could just be Jinxie inviting people she knows to just such a party.  It's hard to tell, with the needlessly furtive way she's going about it.]

[Later in the day, Jinxie can be found running errands around the city.  She's got a little cloth pouch hanging around her neck, with a black egg with a white skull on it inside - helping out Dokuro and Shi a little while they get some rest during the day.  She'll be heading for the breeding center to pick up some supplies for the baby-to-be, but she's also looking for some specific people today: Quinn, Melaka, Eucliwood, Blackquill, and Rise in particular.]

Well, stranger unless Jinxie's a theater fan. Then it's leading player Haruka Tenoh, but she tends not to consider the fact that she's a celebrity when bugging people on here. ]

It's my Duskull, Dokuro, and my cousin Maya's Duskull, Shi.

That'll have grim decorations.

[ Since, yeah. Duskull. Except not really, since the thought apparently makes her grin. A party for their Pokémon...that's charming. And sure to make those Pokémon feel appreciated, too.

Here, have a special, approving smile. ]

I thought it would be a nice gesture for the two of them, since they finally got together.

They must feel lucky to know a thoughtful girl like you.

[ Because now she's imagining a little courtyard full of Pokémon flocking around a happy couple with an egg and it's just absurd enough to be completely precious. Things like this happen in this city: that's one reason why she doesn't want to let this world fall to ruin.

But she keeps those kinds of thoughts hidden most of the time. ]

[The past week or so, Eucliwood's seemed to grow more and more restless. She's been in the city far too long, and while without incident, she still fears that could quickly come to an end.

However, her leg is still healing. It's almost done, but not to the point where Eu feels comfortable trying to walk without her crutch.

Jinxie can probably find her sitting in the shade of a building somewhere, munching on something she probably bought.]

[And Jinxie does eventually track her down, approaching slowly and offering a little wave with one hand as she steadies the Duskull egg with the other.]

Hi, Eucliwood.

[Eucliwood glances up at her friend. One hand still holding the treat she was eating, the other held up what was probably a prewritten greeting.]

Hello.

[That makes sense. 'Hello' is probably one she needs a lot.]

Is your leg feeling better?

[Rise can be found ignoring her Warp Band today, in favor of blowing her exploration pay from the city on nice summer clothes. She does wave to Jinxie when she sees her walking down the street.]

Hi, Rise. I'm glad I found you. I wanted to give you something.

You did? What is it?

[somnambulatory]

[Jinxie pulls out one of her charms, like the one she used to wear on her forehead but with a different symbol.]

It's this. Ever since I evolved, I can make these. I only have a few, and I wanted to make sure to give them to people who supported me a lot.

[Knowing Quinn, she would normally be outside of the city exploring or working, but she can be found around Union. Then again, hard to miss her with the wing arm deal. She's gotten better on adjusting to them at least.

She can be found lounging on a bench in some place in the city. Valor is on her shoulder as usual and she is petting this little Pokémon relaxing on her lap.]

[Eventually, Jinxie manages to track Quinn down.]

Hey. I'm doing fine. Is everything alright?

[Not that she minds company, but you never know if something is wrong.]

Yes, everything is fine.

[And because I realized after making this post that Jinxie didn't need to find Quinn because she already gave her a charm, time to find something else to talk about!]

Are you getting used to your wings?

I don't see why they wouldn't want to. They're two pokémon you care about and they have a child on the way. It sounds like a good reason to celebrate to me.

I thought so too. The egg's due to hatch in about a week, so I was hoping to have a big celebration for them.

Who are the lucky couple? Do you know what the child will be?

My cousin Maya and I have both had Duskulls ever since we were little. It's their baby. We sent them to the breeding center a few weeks ago because we thought it was time they stopped dancing around their feelings for each other.

[ It's not the season for aspear juice anymore, but there's still a season for payapa berries. They come to be with spring and more importantly they thrive on people's positive emotions, and Melaka is now working hard to to and collect a lot of them. She's doing this flanked by Lurks.

So that's her day, searching hard for the cheapest prices ]

[Eventually Jinxie manages to track her down while she's out shopping for deals.]

--Oh, hey there. Speak of the spirits.

[ That's a lame expression-gag.

But she says it with a smile, turning with a somewhat amused expression resting an arm against her hip. Lurks, meanwhile, is carrying a bag of berries ]

[Jinxie smiles, steadying her egg-pouch.]
