01 [Action]
[After discovering the sudden disappearance of the foreign plant life, Aster is out and about investigating! ...Not that he still has any clue as to what made it all disappear. His only guess would be that, well...something or other did it. After all, strange plants don't just suddenly appear, reappear when gotten rid of, and then disappear altogether a few days later!]
[The pokemon researcher is currently wanderingaimlessly around town, trying to see if there is any plant life at all remaining. Thus far, he's had no luck, and his pokemon aren't really helping. Tonitrus the Eevee is on his shoulder, looking around the area and yawning. The other two were left back at his home because for some reason getting up early to investigate the town did not interest them. What strange pokemon they were.]
I can't believe that it's really all gone. It doesn't make much sense, but none of those plants are left. And all of those pokemon are gone, too. I guess I shouldn't complain about the lack of sneezing, though. I'm definitely glad to be done with that!
The weird weather's gone, too, boss.
[Aster grimaces.]
Oh, don't remind me about those incidents, Tonitrus.
[The Eevee seems to smile proudly at the "pain" induced in his trainer.]

Excuse me, I wasn't expecting to find anyone willing to rule in my judgement. Much like before, like mega evolution, nothing is impossible when it comes to the thirst for power within humans. There are groups outside of this little center with power, we know this now.. I wouldn't be surprised if their are others with completely different intentions.
One thing is true, only human crave control like this. That is why I'm positive this is their doing. [He can feel the sweat collecting on his collar.. perhaps he's said to much. Normally never this vocal about his opinions towards another.] Pokemon unfamiliar to this environment appeared. I want to understand why those types were chosen.. [For next time, it could easily be types far more aggressive.. It's a theory.]
... [How rude does he sound? This is awkward for Bertholdt, his shyness coming back..] Um.. I-I'm sorry. That is my reasoning..

Don't apologize! It's fine if people have different ideas and views on things. And it's also silly to rule out any possibility if there is not a single piece of proof that goes against it. It could very well be humans who are doing it. We do have a history of greed, unfortunately. Still, that being said, even despite how our natures can be, that doesn't mean we are the blame. We might be, but we also might not. I just wish there was hard evidence of...of anything, really.
You bring up a good point, though. It was mostly fairy, grass, and bug types that appeared here, wasn't it? And then the foliage... A surge of life and nature...
[He scratches his head. While there had to be a connection somewhere, he couldn't see it yet. He shakes his head and glances back at Bertholdt.]
You don't think very highly of humans, huh?
no subject
I don't. [He feels awkward now fighting to keep this conversation going. There are only a rare few that would agree with him.] I suppose this makes me bias though, you are correct, I have no concert evidence.
This is why I'm here today. Perhaps there is a message hidden away as to how the event occurred. Last time we stayed ignorant to the world around us many Pokemon were left without a home, plenty orphaned. [Not that humans care about these things..]

I can't really blame you. I mean, we definitely can be absolute monsters toward pokemon, and it's unfortunate. I don't know how anyone thinks it's okay to just do what you want to them. After all, they're living, breathing creatures, just as we are!
[Aster sighs.]
I've been looking around for some time now and haven't found anything yet. It's hard, not finding anything at all. I mean, I want to find something because you're definitely right about that; we need to learn from our mistakes and work to prevent such tragedies in the future.

You just keep looking till you find your answer.. whether or not the answer will find me first is yet to be seen but hopefully it doesn't come to that.

Right. We'll find something out eventually! The truth can't evade us forever!
[That's what he wants to believe, anyway. He isn't making much progress, but he's a bit too stubborn to give up!]
If I ever find anything I think could be related, I could let you know! What's your name?
[Aster knew there were various functions on the Warp Band that would probably let him get in contact with the other teen again, though he has not really touched it much. At the moment, it is just collecting dust back at his house. Whoops.]
this is late forgive me ;^;
He can't look at everything all on his own. Some help would be appreciated even if it wont be given back. Unless what he finds is meaningless which is unlikely.] ...If I find anything.
....Thank you.
It's no problem! Don't worry about it! :D
I'm Aster. Nice to meet you, Bertholdt!
[Tonitrus idly tugs at his hair. Aster shoots a look at the pokemon that tells him to stop before returning his attention to Bertholdt once more.]
I guess we'll be in contact, then, if the either of us figure anything out. It feels like it might be a while before I figure anything out, but hopefully I'm wrong.
<3
Right.. I hope whatever it is we find will be nothing at all. [He's running out of words for this human, he holds up his hand in a wave.] I'll be going now.. um..
Thank you... [You can tell he's nervous, again, only because Aster is human. While his back is turned, walking away, Bertholdt does take down Aster's contact.. not that he wants to contact him but in case he does receive a call. They both shall see in good time what these events mean..]
