[A small sigh prefaces the very serious, just-on-this-side-of-shy voice.] I know other people have said this -- probably better than I will -- but just as an extra reminder for all those permitted to leave the city -- [Bitter? Him? Never!] -- make sure to wear lots of layers of thick clothing, even if it's unfashionable. Rougher, woollier fabric helps insulate heat. [It's funny because this kid has no idea what is and isn't fashionable.] Something around your lower legs to keep snow from getting into your boots and melting would also be good.
[A pause, the rustle of some papers.] -- oh, and don't forget about your Pokemon friends! Especially those who are more vulnerable to snow and cold, like Fire or Fairy types. I'm sure the shops have smaller warm things, if your friend is willing to put up with a woolly hat. I know mine wouldn't but -- ow! Don't poke me! Stop that!
[Brief sounds of scuffling and a couple more squeaks of pain from Armin, then a hasty:] Also be sure to keep those of us stuck inside updated on what's going on and be safe and good luck and -- no pinching!
