[Today over the Warp Band, it's not just Yukiko that appears, it's Fuuka and they're both standing outside of a small stone building on the bottom floor of one of the newly reconstructed towers. Dressed nicely, they both bow at the camera and smile broad, happy smiles.]

Good afternoon, everyone. Today we wanted to announce that Yamagi-ya is officially reopened. The flower shop, engineering shop, and my move tutoring services are all completely ready and at your service.

We'll handle whatever it is you need, though all custom orders are still going to need a few days to complete, so please keep that in mind when you're ordering. I hope you'll consider us for whatever you might need, and we both look forward to serving y-

[She cuts off as a Snorlax paw slides over the camera.]

Peter. Don't. You. Dare.

[The paw slowly retracts.]

As I was saying. We both look forward to serving you. Our hours are 10 to 9, but we can schedule appointments whenever you might need.

[and the feed shuts down.]

[Throughout the day, Yukiko and Fuuka can both be found at their shop, working away. Flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, and a sullen Snorlax is doing penance by sweeping the gym.]

[After his own workday at Junes, Yosuke stops by their shop. He hasn't seen either of the girls in a while- so it seemed like a good opportunity.

He strides in, waving a hand in greeting.]

Yo! I saw your guy's announcement on my break at work today. You guys really got this place looking pretty deece after that freaky dragon ripped it apart.

[frozenflame]

[Yukiko naturally looks up when Yosuke wanders in, holding a couple of potted plants in her hand and smiling brightly. It had been a while, hadn't it?]

Thanks! We've put a lot of time into this. How're the repairs to Junes going?

[windyflower]

[At the same time, with Fuuka carrying a few supplies to her office, she gave a quick smile to Yosuke!]

Yosuke, it's nice to meet you again! [She said before placing said pile toward a table somewhere!]

[punchesyu]

Oh, hey Fuuka. Good to see you too!

[He turns back to Yukiko however, to answer her question.]



Most of it's up and running, though we've still got a few things to rebuild. That thing really did a number on our section of town. Buuuut, that doesn't stop dad from getting supplies in from Citadel to restock.

[His head turns, to look in the general direction of where Junes would be in the city, looking a little frustrated despite the business's obvious success despite the destruction of the business district.]

We can probably split into two threads here if it's easier.

[Yukiko nods solemnly, her eyes tracking his.]

That's good though. I know we were counting on Junes for pottery and some basic things, ourselves.

[She gives him a worried, quizzical look.]

You okay? Like, with work and everything, I mean.

[punchesyu]

Yeah, I'm fine. It's just been a huge pain in the ass to get everything set back up again... I've been working overtime to help out.

[His shoulders fall accompanying a sigh.]

I haven't had time to do anything!

[frozenflame]

No?

[Yukiko blinks a little.]

You mean, not even Mami?

[punchesyu]

Uhhh, Yukiko, I don't really think this is the place to be talking about that...!

[He says in a hushed whisper, looking a bit uncomfortable in more ways than one.]

[frozenflame]

[Yukiko smiles, looking increasingly smug. She hadn't intended him to take it that way, but...wellllllll...]

No? It's my shop and home so it's fine ...but if it's something else...

[punchesyu]

B-But what if someone walks in and you're just blabbing everything...that's not going to look good for business!

[He is trying to avoid this please someone help him his man pride is at stake here]

[frozenflame]

[Yukiko knows he's stalling, and while she wouldn't ordinarily pry into someone else's sex life...this is Yosuke, and he'd damn sure made her uncomfortable about this more than once.]

You can always step into my office...hehe.

[punchesyu]

Now this is just getting creepy.

[Yukiko's hot, and being alone with her is tantalizing but he's got a girlfriend and he is desperately trying to remind himself of that]

[frozenflame]

[Yukiko just smirks a little and starts clipping dead leaves from her plants.]

I'm sorry, I just thought you'd be the first of my friends to go all the way.

[punchesyu]

When did this turn into the roast of Yosuke Hanamura?

[He snaps back, a little agitated. He doesn't even want to go into how not far he's gotten with Mami.]

[frozenflame]

I don't think it's much of a roast, I haven't done anything and we're a little short on meat.

[She quietly laughs to herself, snipping another dead bulb off, not pressing the point much. But one last little prickle, maybe.]

I'm sure you'll get there. These things do take time...

[She can't help but let her eyes flick over to Fuuka, a knowing little look there.]

[punchesyu]

[He sees that.]

Way to destroy what little pride I had left...

[Destroyed. Shattered. Life isn't fair.]

Can we please talk about something else? I'm going to turn into a ghost type from embarrassment here.

[frozenflame]

[Another snip, this time of the stem. A quick twist and she braids the stem into a small knot and she holds out the white rose for him.]

Take this to her sometime today. It'll look good in her hair. I'm sure she'll be glad to see it, especially if you've been a little busy lately.

[punchesyu]

[He takes the rose, inspecting it.]

Yeah, thanks...

[His voice droops, still a little put off by the teasing.]

[windyflower]

It's good to see you as well! But...

[Suddenly, she gave him a small frown]

If you need some help, you can always ask. I wouldn't mind!

[punchesyu]

That's okay. After Rincewind quit and Teddie took off, we've been a little tight on help, but I think we've got it under control. Thanks, though.

[windyflower]

It's not a problem. I'm just glad you're getting the help you need!

[And now....?] Especially when there's Mami to help you!

[punchesyu]

I mean, she does help, but probably not in the way you're thinking...

[His line of thinking is that Mami is too busy with her own duties as a Valkyrie to help with Junes...she'd helped him with lots of other stuff though. A very wide range of things.]

[windyflower]

Really? Then in what way if I'm allowed to ask?

[Now that made Fuuka curious. Of course, she was wondering if she should pry into other people's business. And maybe this was one of them]

[punchesyu]

Like...girlfriend stuff. She's always super supportive of me whenever I'm working on something. You know...

[Or making out with him and making him feel like he has some worth...something he can't say out loud.]

[windyflower]

But that's good isn't it? That's being supportive of you!

[And yet, was it just her imagination or did something feel off?]
