Tenth Station: There's a Chill in the Air... [Video, Mountain - High Elevations]

[For the past few weeks, even shortly before the Elite Four showed up, some citizens of Union may have noticed that a certain Fairy-type hasn't be around the area. Which is both strange and increasingly worrying. After all, he's the type to have gladly wanted to fight alongside the Gods during that horrific battle.

But anyone worrying and wondering about him will soon find their answer, in the emergency broadcast being received not long after the battle ends.]

...to Union... Right to...nion! Come in, guy--zzzsstch!--need some help here in the mountains! Kind of--ssstch!--out of food here...

[Yes, there's Right, in what appears to be a small cave carved into the snow, huddling with his Pignite. While the video feed is not perfect, one could make out the signs of frostbite on both his fingers and on the tips of his wings. That blue tinge on his lips isn't very encouraging, either.]

Anyone can hear me? What happened, every--sssstch!

[Of course she'd been worried. She'd have been worried about him anyway, but now with the whole notion of him being her boyfriend and all, she'd about worked herself into a tizz over his absence. He was his own person, and mature enough to handle himself most days, sure, but with the attack on the city and the havoc wrought from it, by the time they were all hearing from him in the days after she was about to go permanently cross-eyed with concern.]

[Needless to say the blueness of his lips wasn't helping matters.]

[She all but shakes her own Warp Band.]

Right!! Where in Savior's name have you-- are you--

[She forgets herself, and forgets the fact that the fizzling and general poor reception on his feed probably means he can't hear her fully. Probably wouldn't be able to tell her where he was. So operating with that assumption, she starts asking people. Where did this look like, how could she get there, would it be all right if she went off to look for him despite the restoration efforts currently at hand.]

[And then she was off, because most anyone who knew her knew she wouldn't be calm until she'd made sure Right was okay, so she grouped together some of her team (leaving behind some to help with the restoration in her absence) and headed out, keeping her Warp Band at the ready in case he were to try to communicate further.]

[She was, quite possibly, going to kill him when she found him.]

H-Honoka!

[Right's entire being seems to light up with hope and joy. The one person that's been on his mind the most since he got stuck here was the first to answer.]

I'm up high in the mount--ssszznk!--went looking for a Snover. Found him, but got stuck under a ton of snow before we met. He and Yukina's been grea--zzzssssnk!--getting food, but we're kinda running low here...

[Not to mention that he's still shivering a little, despite being huddled up with his Fire Pig companion.]

Why would you do something like that in the middle of winter?? Without telling anyone? Right, I swear to Savior, if you're a Fairycicle when I get up there.

[She's mostly just ranting, reasonably certain that he's only getting about half of her messages. Her evolution allows her to glide slightly, but not quite fly, which speeds her pursuit of him when she's not riding on Caro, her Ninetails. She brought her along almost entirely because of her Fire typing, ignoring that the foxlike Pokemon was quite obnoxiously lazy most days. Ariera stayed in Union to help with the relief, as did most of her team.]

[She glanced down at her feed, watching him shiver with his own Fire type, and shook her head, smiling fondly despite her frustration.]

When are you gonna stop worrying me so much, you silly thing?

Girlfriend is really mad at him. Still a little odd - nice, but odd- that she's now his girlfriend, but that's doesn't change the fact that Honoka's pretty upset.]

W-Well, I thought--ssssnk!--easier to find them in this season! I mean, they're Ice-types, right?

[Thankfully, the signal will get a little clearer as she nears the higher elevations of the mountains.]

[ ...Oh, so that's what happened. Haruka accepts the Warp Band from Natto, who bustles off to keep distributing blankets. ] You shouldn't have gone alone.

[ Even Haruka practices the buddy system! Quite a lot. At all possible opportunities.

[The Pignite rolls his eyes and elbowed his Trainer, responding in a mix of grunts and grumbling.]

Found one, actually; he's really hel--ssssnk!--eep up alive with food, though not as much lately...

[Once the feed clears up again, he does look a little concerned.]

It's gonna take too long to describe over the Warp Band when it's like this, okay? There was a fight, and she was really brave, and she's gonna be fine, just not up to teleporting right now.

Hm...I should bring Inari, though. She should be able to melt snow safely, right...?

[They both knew the answer to that question, but Waver had to ask anyway. In the aftermath of the Elite Four's attack, he was worried about all of the people he had made connections with in this city, no matter how frustrating they were.
