The 'problem' is your methodology, Sveta. Union doesn't seek to 'change' people like you seem to be trying to, but instead they choose to 'cooperate' with the differences and compromise as necessary-- if it's even necessary at all.

Also, this is just bad for public relations. You don't just do this sort of thing when you haven't even been here for a week! It's impolite!!
