Talking to them, yes. Leading by example tends to work better. We have lived this way for nearly 500 years. Civilizations have come and gone, and yet Ever Grande has prospered under the ideals of the Elite Four and our Champion. It stands to reason that the reasonable will see the error in their ways, eventually. If we need to use force, then so be it. In a perfect world, talking would work, but we aren't there yet.
