[ When the warp band flickers to life, the image is held steady, revealing a rather serious-looking young woman with silvery hair and dark blue eyes. Though her shoulders are bare, the rest of her body is clad in plate mail, with feathers shaped to form wings on either side of her face. A bright blue swablu is perched on her left shoulder, still puffy with the fluff of the recently hatched.

Her lips press into a thin line, before she takes a breath to address her viewers. ]

I am Gwendolyn of the Ragnanival Tribe. I have been sent here to represent them in Union on behalf of the Citadel, and offer our strength in battle if Union would have use of it. It is the least we can offer, after the aid your people gave us.

[she shifts very slightly, looking momentarily uncomfortable] I have also brought a gift on behalf of my tribe, some arms and armor that may be of interest to those among you who are warriors. Our craftsmen are noted for the fine quality of their blades.

I am also told there are other Valkyrie present within the city. I would be grateful if I could be directed to them.

[with that, there's a polite bow of her head, and the feed ends]

I'm available any time, at least on Warp Band. To start with, though, I'd suggest an apartment unless you need a lot of room.

It would need to be several, or an exceptionally large one. I did come here with members of my wing. Typically we are stationed together in Citadel. I would not want to be far from them.

Yeah, probably a house somewhere around the wall then, I'd think.

Along the wall.. That would certainly work. [a thoughtful hmm] I know that Union has only opened its gates but recently, but has there been any thoughts to expanding far beyond them?

[The question takes Rise by surprise, as it hadn't even really occurred to her.]

Well we've got the port and a few camps we've set up on like, the Island, but as far as houses and towers and things? I don't know if anyone's ever thought of building them outside...

Hmm, well, there is room there. Though I can appreciate building vertically. Many can roost within the Great Tree, but it's quite different to your towers.

Or perhaps we could make a way station between territories.. [..let's not get ahead of yourself, Gwendolyn. She shakes her head to dismiss the thought] Well, barring my Elder's command, I should be here some time. So there is no immediate rush.
