[Pamela flicks on the warp band while in her lab. She's surrounded by a number of large plants. Her Rhydon, Primrose, is daintily eating a berry in the background.]

Would anyone be willing to do a temporary trade? I think that Primrose here would benefit from training with another trainer for a couple of weeks.

[Pamela receives several gentle nudges from her Rhydon until she passes over a napkin. Primrose is a lady, thank you very much.]

She's well behaved, as you can see. In exchange, I'd train one of yours. If interested, please let me know.

I suppose I can give it a try but mind if I ask what prompt this on?

She seems bored training with me lately, and I have been spending time with her doing things she's more interested in, too.

Ah, I see!

Well, then what does she like? If I am going to train her, I need to be prepared for her and make her enjoy her stay with me!

She likes wearing accessories like bows and the like, bubble baths...if you have any clothes shopping or hair appointments, she'll want to come along for those. Somehow, she manages to be daintier than even my Lilligant and Bellossom.

[Primrose is quite a girly girl.]

[....O-Oh. Well, this was going to be quite the task wasn't it?]

Goodness, she is quite the girly girl isn't she? I can try to make clothing appointments and spent some time at the mall! Although, I must admit, I'm afraid I don't really know too much about fashion?

So I'm afraid she might have to teach me about clothing!

Oh, have no fear. Primrose is very opinionated on what clothes she thinks you should be buying.

Fortunately, she has reasonably good aesthetic taste.

[Oh what has Fuuka gotten herself into now?]

Ah...well, then maybe I'll just buy her some clothes that she'll like! And she can tell me which ones she wants me to buy for her!

[But then she had an idea!]

Although...do you think she can help me with a present? I think I might have a mission for her!

Any clothing she wants, tell them to send the bill to Pamela Isley.

[The Isley family is affluent, after all, and Primrose has expensive tastes. Pamela's not going to ask someone she barely knows to cover the costs of keeping Primrose happy. Beyond basic food and water, in exchange for doing the same for another's Pokemon, of course.]

I think she would be happy to help with something like that.

Then that's great! I do apologise that I'm asking so much out of the Pokemon and especially when I'm suppose to be taking care of her!

[With that, she nervously chuckled. Here, she was just happy with the smaller things in life. How was she going to take care of a fancy Pokemon?]

But I do want to do my best to surprise a couple of my friends! It just seems like everyone is into fashion these days and it feels weird that I'm not into those kind of things!

Have you thought of sending her to a master trainer, Pamela?

I've considered it. I just thought it might be fun to do a short term trade with someone instead so that it's a good learning experience for all around rather than simply paying someone.

Well, I would offer myself, I have a Whimsicott that could benefit from your plant expertise.

That would be wonderful, Ami. From one of my other conversations, I'd advise you to keep Primrose in the habitat in case she evolves while under your care.

Not at all, Pamela! And I will keep that in mind. Thankfully, Arber can't evolve any further than she has. Arber is quite the cuddler, she adores cuddling and hugs, so just keep that in mind, I suppose.

I'll take extra care to wear my gloves around her at all times, then, so she can have as much attention as she wants.

[Thankfully, Pamela's paid good coin to have those gloves specially crafted with lining. They'll prevent any poison from her nails from escaping but on the outside still look fashionable.]

She is a Grass/Fairy type, but I think she'd love to learn all about the plants you work with. She's actually quite fascinated with such things.

Then it would be my pleasure to talk to her all about plants.

[She offers a playful wink.]

I daresay she might have her fill of hearing about them after she's spent a certain amount of time around me.

With how often she spends her days sleeping, she could stand a little intensive studying.

Her idea of what constitutes intensive might be a little different than yours.

She's lived with me quite some time, Pamela, she has an idea of it.

That might have a more interesting side effect than you think, miss.

In textbooks, yes. I suppose I should warn anyone who takes Primrose for a couple of weeks of the possibilities.

I'd definitely recommend that.

If it helps put him to scale, I'm 6'2". He's got at least a foot on me. And a half ton.

Oh my. I'll have to encourage whoever takes Primrose to keep her in the habitat then. Otherwise, it could be something like my grandfather's mishap with an Onyx egg when he was expecting a Geodude.

[If it's evolution related, Lenna knows that Pamela doesn't have to bother with an actual trade. Neither does she, for that matter.]

Primrose seems bored with training with me, so perhaps another trainer might be able to think of some new and exciting exercises for her.

I'm not sure. She seems happy enough to just be home with me, but not particularly excited about training. It's like she's just going through the motions, lately.

Well, that's not necessarily a bad thing. Krile has been like that since the first day we met.

[The tiny Skitty jumps up onto Lenna's head at the sound of her name, meowing cutely.]

No, it isn't. But she used to have more enthusiasm for it, and I can't think of anything that's changed on my part...hence why I thought having her train with someone else for a while would help.

I understand. If you'd like me to look after her for a while, then, I don't mind.

I appreciate it, Lenna. I think I'm going to take Ami up on her offer first, but I think Primrose would like you.
