A heavily bandaged figure stalks around Union, handing out candy and various sweets for kids, and perhaps accompanying a red-haired youngster or two on some candy-searching expeditions of their own. Gordon's recovered enough to not need the bandages anymore, but it makes for a decent Duskull costume, wrapped as he is in bandages. He even puts on a bit of an act, depending on the age and general scare-ability of the kids. Younger, more nervous children get friendly reassurances, maybe even pulling the bandages aside to reveal the old man. Older children unlikely to be spooked by what is clearly just an old man wrapped in gauze, glasses and mustache poking out though the bandages, get an entire good natured 'spooky' act.
