[ Amidst the festivities and fanciful displays, a young, coral-haired man flits through the crowds. His clothing choice is... interesting to say the least, with an article from about every known settlement around. A pair of flowing pants from Caldera, a traveler's cloak from Citadel, a rather stuffy-looking blouse from Sanctuary (matched with a ceremonial vest from Refuge), and snow boots from Glacier, because one never knows when the weather might change, the poor lad looked like he tripped into a costume closet and made it out worse for wear.
And two Soulfasting masks, of course, each pinned on either side of his head. Because one can never be too careful around ghosts! These change often. How many masks does this guy have?!
The young, mismatching lad is also more than a bit nosy, and can be found hovering--sometimes literally--behind people at an uncomfortable distance, not quite asking what they are doing verbally, but genuinely curious. He also seems to have a thing for food, and can be found making rounds among the food stands, equipped with a bottomless pit of a stomach. ]
