Ninth Station - Beware of Flash Floods [Action, Union]

[Good afternoon, Union! It's a nice, sunny day, and it feels like the heat of the summer is finally starting to fade. Perfect weather to be outside and doing things, isn't it? However, if you're anywhere around the Residential District, you may hear a certain voice speaking some ways from you:]

...not like that! You gotta put some effort into it, like...like you're actually doing the move. Like...oh! Like this! *clears throat* "Hark, fiend! Thou wilst taste the wrath of Justice! Behold! The almighty power of...Metronome!!"

[Hope you have a water type to summon, because there's a sudden wave of water a la Surf suddenly heading your way. Surf's up, dude?]

[And here Fuuka thought she was going to have a nice day out and about with her Pokemon. After her little trip with Yukiko, she thought about giving her new Aerodactyl some fresh air and spend some time together! Of course, that all changed when the surf started to come straight toward her!

It was a good thing her new Pokemon could fly or else they could have been soaked to the bone! However, while they managed to escape, it didn’t stop Fuuka from being covered in water ]

W-What was that….?

[Thankfully, the waves don't last very long - no more than a few moments - and they quickly fade, leaving a rather damp area...

And a soaked and miserable looking Tepig face-down in a dripping bush near Fuuka.]

[The moment that Fuuka spotted the poor Pokemon? She immediately went straight down before attempting to hug the Tepig]

Oh, you poor thing! Look at you, you're soaked! You're going to catch a cold if we don't warm you up soon!

But...how?

[lunchleader]

[As soon as the Tepig is picked up, he immediately starts to struggle his way out of her grasp, protesting quite loudly. But due to still recovering from his type weakness, the struggles aren't very strong and they don't last very long before he tires out with some grumbling grunting.

And a snort that results in a puff of hot steam out of his snout.]

[When she started to notice how much the Pokemon was struggling, she couldn't help but giggle. She knew it was rude but she couldn't help but think it was cute!]

Oh dear, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you, I just wanted to make sure that you were okay!

[She said before she placed him down. Although, before she did so, she had to double check to see if he wasn't that badly hurt]

There, do you feel better now?

[The Tepig gives a small grunt of approval as he's set down onto the ground. He slowly attempts to stand on his hind legs, take a few shaky steps...

and then had to put his two front legs down to prevent from collapsing. The series of squeals and grunts afterwards don't sound very pleasant in tone, though it doesn't seem to be directed to her, either.]

[All Fuuka could do was just gave the Pokemon a sad smile. While she dared not to hold him (unless he gets angry again), her Espurr was the one who did so.

Even though the Tepig was using his front legs. that didn't stop the cat from holding onto the fire type and prevented him from falling down any further!]

But I do wonder...where is your trainer. I bet they must be around here somewhere!

[The Tepig attempts to wave away the Espurr with one of his front legs, grumpily grunting his insistence that he doesn't need help. It doesn't cover the fact that his legs are still a little shaky.

And speaking of his owner...]

--taros! Are you alright, Momotaros?! [There's a male voice that's slowly approaching their area.

[As he did so, the cat Pokemon just gave a small huff. So much for trying to help him out! Although, just as the Espurr was about to march off to her trainer, that's when she heard a voice nearby!]

Over here! I think Momotaros is over here? [She said before waving her arms for him to come over her way!] Um...you were looking for your Tepig right?
